Ron makes the most beautiful arrangements! They are so unique and no matter the occasion, he always makes the arrangements fabulous. In the last month, we have used him 3 different times for 3 different occasions. He always takes EXCELLENT care of us and his arrangements are never duplicated. My birthday flowers lasted over two weeks!!! AWESOME!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this flower shop. We used a nursery for decades and couldn't find anyone that was fabulous until we found Designs In Flowers! We have used Designs for 2 memorial services, one corporate Christmas party, Mother's Day birthdays. Everything is unique and nothing has been less than spectacular. I can call Ron and he can help me through any occasion. Traditional, masculine, or fun & funky, Ron has done it all for us!

I had ordered 2 funeral arrangements. One a basket of flowers which was ok but the spray I ordered and had asked that it be beautiful as it was from the church was AWFUL. Fewer flowers on the spray than in the basket!! The worse part was that I was charged $222.60 for what was only worth maybe a $100.00. I was told the spray would be about $75 to $100 and the basket $75.00 . Will never use this place again! And will never recommend them!

Disclaimer: Nothing about my demeanor or attitude with the owner was pleasant. Let me begin...On Monday, Oct 21st I searched for a florist in Norcross, GA. As my friend is a fashion designer and was invited to participate in a fashion show there. Unfortunately I couldn't attend the event, so I decided to show my support by sending a bouquet of flowers for her and the models. I found Designs in Flowers online, the Google reviews were decent, so I place my order. My instructions for delivery were very detailed. As it was a surprise I couldn't tell my friend to keep an eye out for a delivery. So, I included in the instructions her name, the name of her company, her phone number & the delivery time. I received an e-mail confirmation stating my order was complete. And would be delivered promptly on Saturday afternoon to the venue given. Fast forward to Saturday...I am awaiting a phone call from my friend to say "Thank you for the flowers" But she never called, which isn't like her at all. However I figured she was busy attending to her models and creations, that she forgot to call me. But when I didn't hear anything from her on Sunday morning, I text her to ask if she received my surprise. She said "What surprise?" I told her I sent a bouquet of Congratulation flowers for her and the models to the venue. She made me aware she NEVER RECEIVED ANY FLOWERS. Designs in Flowers were closed on Sunday, so my annoyance had time to fester, before I called to find out what happened. The store opened at 8:00a.m., I was on the horn calling at 8:03a.m. An employee by the name of Leon answered the phone. I gave him my name and the name of my friend to whom the flowers were sent for. My connection was poor, so I had to repeat myself a few times which further annoyed me. I told him the order I placed never was delivered to my friend. He told me "Yes, the delivery was made. I personally delivered that order myself." I asked..."Were they delivered to the name on the instructions?" This slow m0+h3rf_ _ _ er said " I gave them to a lady setting up the chairs." I thought to myself...Self, why would a fashion designer be setting up chairs at a fashion show? I asked..."Did you ask her if she was the person to whom the delivery was for?" By now my voice & attitude is aggressively nasty towards him. As his incompetence ruined my surprise. My questions and tone must've irritated him because he cussed at me then stated he'd give me a refund. He had the audacity to be upset with me for being annoyed that he delivered the flowers to the incorrect person. All the while he had her phone number & name to verify who he gave the delivery to. But he didn't use either of them, so he must've thought I was trying to get over on him as he called my friend to see if she didn't receive the delivery. After she made him aware she didn't receive any flowers, he called me back to apologize for his lack of professionalism earlier during our conversation. And he would gladly refund the amount owed. If I could give this company a negative stars I would. It was the simple fact I included everything needed for this to be a smooth transaction. But he neglected to use common sense which ruined my surprise.

I live out of state and wanted to make a delivery to my grandma in Norcross. I called around to other shops before this one because they had more ratings, but literally no one would answer the phone or if they did, English wasn't their first language and communication was difficult to a floral-newbie like myself. I called this shop, and not only got an answer immediately but spoke with the sweetest most helpful representative. Ron is very patient and thorough, and he knows his stuff! Would recommend to anyone who wants to send a gift but not sure how it all works :-) I don't even write reviews but I was so relieved I just had to!!!! Thanks guys!!

I wanted to surprise my wife working out of town who is very picky about flowers and loves contemporary arrangements , and after calling a few florists in the area I knew this one got what I was looking for when talking to him. He put together and delivered a spectacular arrangement that checked every one of my requirements, and my wife loved it. If you want a floral work of art, I highly recommend Designs In Flowers. Placed an order online but website didn't specify availability ... Shop called to inform me that they didn't have the flowers I ordered and they didn't offer a solution for my issue. Poor customer experience .

My experience was great. I spoke to a man by the name of Ron who seemed very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Ron guided me to make an excellent bouquet selection and my lady loved recieving the beautifully crafted bouquet during the peak of her working day.

Looked nothing like what it was supposed to look like. Will NEVER order from here again. Seriously, I wish I could ask for a refund because this is almost scam. Just look at the pictures and see if I'm exaggerating. $75 for this terrible product?
