“Walked into Belk's at the Forum in Norcross, Ga(Peachtree Corners) after having a unexpected rude experience with the boutique across the parking lot.
There was an employee named Patricia working continuously to complete each customer's purchase. She barely had a moment between customers walking up to the counter but was willing to answer any questions and assist with the free moments she had. I received boutique customer service in a retail chain. Imagine that.
Then to top it off Astere came and she helped carry my bags. These two ladies turn a shopping disaster into a wonderful experience. Thank you. I returned the next day to change the size of one of my items and bought more items. That experience is why I will be returning.”
