I had a great experience. Rudy is super nice and he even call me after the order was picked up to make sure that we did not have any problem at all. He follow through all the expected calls about my order. I will buy form them again when I need new flooring.

From the moment I met with Charbel who came to my house with many samples to choose from I knew I was making the right decision in using Dalton.The installation went perfectly, the guys were careful with moving furniture and worked quickly. In 4 hours they took up old carpet and pad in three bedrooms (one being the master) and vacuumed !They were polite and on time . I will use them when I am ready to do the basement .

I have ordered engineered hardwoods on three occasions from Dalton Flooring Outlet and had an amazing experience every single time. Unfortunately, before ordering the hardwoods from Dalton Flooring Outlet, I had ordered it from my flooring guy and had received sub-standard quality hardwoods for the same price. However, from the time I ordered the engineered hardwoods to the time I picked up the hardwoods from Dalton Flooring Outlet, both Charbel and Pam provided exceptional customer service. They were very prompt, responsive and knowledgeable. Of the list of flooring locations that I had compiled, Dalton Flooring Outlet was able to deliver top quality hardwoods at the best price. I highly recommend them!

This week Dalton Flooring Outlet in Atlanta finished the approximately 7 day installation of my new solid red oak floor which replaced carpeting. From the beginning of the job to the end the workers were the most professional crew that one could imagine. As the unfinished wood was brought up to the top floor, Elimar, the crew chief, allowed me to look at every single board and if I saw a problem the piece would be removed. I never felt rushed in my decisions about those boards and was told to take my time as I could see he really wanted me to love the finished product.Elimar and his workers also checked to make sure that the patterns in the boards were randomly placed so as to insure that the floor was as beautiful as was possible. He told me he loved doing this work.Once stained and then sealed with three coats the floors were beyond my expectations. I have Orientals and the golden pecan stain I picked made the rugs stand out like never before.In addition, I had great experiences with the owner Charbel who gave me a great price which was not that much different from a high quality wall to wall carpet. Also, Pam, the accountant was an absolute pleasure to work with. She has a great sense of humor and made me feel totally comfortable while she figured out costs, etc. She also chatted and joked with me as she posted payments from my debit card to the account.When I first entered the store their salesman , Rudy, was my initial contact and he gave me great advice as to what floor would best suit my needs and requirements.At the end of the project all my antique furniture was carefully carried up from the first floor and put back into the bedrooms. The crew was so careful with everything and placed each piece exactly where I directed.The biggest surprise came after the crew had finished and left . I went upstairs and found my bed had been beautifully made up with my sheets and blankets. I could not believe it. Now that is what I call service!!That night I slept better than I had for over a week.

Great staff, selection, and prices. Charbel, the owner, is very easy to work with. Beautiful showroom. Installation went very well, and the finished product, as you can tell, is beautiful. It is Shaw engineered hardwood. Crew of 3 spent. 2 1/2 days on site and left the house spic and span.

This company was 5 stars from the word go! Pam walked us through our options within our price range and never tried to upsell us to a higher priced carpet.We chose what we wanted, they ordered it and scheduled the install. A crew of four transformed our basement in just under 3 hours (moving furniture, ripping out the old stuff and installing the new stuff, and returning furniture). Our family could not be more pleased with the product, the customer service, and the price. Would definitely recommend talking with Pam if you are in the market to upgrade your flooring.Service: Floor fitting
