if i could give a zero star i definitely would! this is the worst nails salon ive ever been to. from them overcharging me for the shortest set i've ever got.. to the nail tech nicking me with the tool. i was very unhappy. they also make up prices as they go. they will tell you one thing but when you get ready to pay it's another thing. they also don't love what they do & you can tell. it felt very rush to the point when you walk in the door they are bum rushing you without even knowing what you want. me & my bestfriend made a tik tok @prada4boat watch that guys. thanks.

I was overcharged and taking advantage of . they did services on my 8year old daughter without my permission then charged me for it . they gave her gel nail when I asked for regular nail because I didn't want her being exposed to gel lighting. The owner apologized because she admitted her employer should have told me but only took 5 dollars off instead of 25 ,so I feel like it's a scam they all do together. I alway try to give this place a 2ndchance , my mother was a regular here , I've been going to this place off and on since elementary school and I'm in my 30s now but these employees just don't listen to your needs ,do what they want ,then charge you for it ,especially around the holidays. I don't know if the employees are not getting paid enough but it feels like they're always trying to hustle you for extra instead of doing the original price they present to you , I always have to stop coming here because they're not honest people ,it's not about the money because I always tip well it's the principle.

They are rude here, and are not very familiar with todays trends or many designs. Hollys husband the owner is extremely rude. I always tip well, but I was treated as if they didn’t want my business at all. I left and went elsewhere won’t be going back

The service at Fortune Nails is simply impeccable. The shop itself is beautiful and spotlessly clean, creating a truly relaxing environment. From now on, I'm willing to drive 20 minutes just to visit this amazing shop! The experience they provide is unmatched, and I can't wait to continue my journey with them.

I’ve been going to fortune nails for over a year now. I won’t go anywhere else but them! These photos over the course of a year and my top four favorites! They are all so sweet and work so hard. It's a shame that the eyebrow technician is so talented but has the WORST ATTITUDE! I will never come back for this reason. You lost a loyal customer of 3 years.

This place is Nice, but very fast talkers, and manipulate it's customers by OVER CHARGING ALL the time. I will have to find another Nail Salon seriously after yesterday. Completely Overcharged. Holly is the Real Slickest, she just throws Numbers out her head, everything is over $100. They're ROBBING us, on our own land , must be removed ??? ASAP Watched a Nail Rech tell a Woman, they don't make Regular Polish no more, just to charge her an extra 10$$ for GEL POLISH. GO !!
