Extremely poor service. Me and my cousin are expert couponers. I always come here to do all my transactions. Older male yelled at a pregnant customer in front of other clients. He was extremely disrespectful and didn't let us explain why we were canceling our transaction. He had no need to add all his rude comments at the end of his whole speech about how we don't know what we're doing. Our coupons were not applying due to an app error today and the older lady was then also extremely rude to help us. Definitely never going back to this location. These employees need to reevaluate their customer service skills or not work in a place where people are constantly needing any type of help.

Has an appointment for a COVID booster (made a week in advance). Received a confirmation sms day of appointment. Upon arrival, I was told they ran out of all vaccines.

I love this CVS. The fact that I can get things up until midnight post-pandemic without having to go to a gas station is amazing! I have surely missed the days when a lot of stores, including Walmart, were 24-hour establishments. This store usually has good sales when I come in and is never busy and always well stocked. I have also ordered through Uber Eats several times from here when I needed things I couldn't pick up myself - no issues. I don't usually see a lot of staff when I come in but have never had a problem with self- checkout. It's a good location if you need something late, especially and are in the area.

Pharmacy has been great - haven’t had any issues yet in a year+; however rating low for atmosphere - it’s in a sketchy area, looks rundown and getting in/out of the parking lot can be difficult due to heavy traffic at the intersection.

CVS you failed me. You continue to fail me. I never got the prescription I paid for and was supposed to be delivered. No one took responsibility. I had 5 teeth pulled and needed to fill prescriptions for antibiotics and pain meds. I was assured by your staff and you advertising that this could be done once I had my dentist call in the prescription. That was done by 4:30pm. Your online system presented problems that the local store could not resolve. I was transferred to someone else, then someone else. Finally someone, after taking my payment, said the prescription was ready and your delivery service (Shipt or Instacart, none of your staff seemed to be quite sure which) would be sending an email and the delivery would be on its way. Well, it is 8:20pm. When I called the store back to find out what happened to the email, I am told this CVS does not deliver. Then I am told I will have to wait until the morning because the medication is locked in the pharmacy (which closed at 8pm) and I should call the delivery service then. You tell me CVS, how would you rate this service? I rate it zero stars -Negative stars. But you won't even let me do that. Customer service was shameful.

This is store is clean and convenient. The customer service needs help but overall I will go again. I got all these items for .48 cents Having the carepass membership is a win win situation. Its a fee of $5.00 per month, you get $10.00 in reward monthly plus extra coupons and reward points to use as cash on your receipt to use. Be sure to check expiration date on receipts.

I deliberately went to this location today because their website indicated they had something I needed in stock. I get there and don't see it where it should be. I have to go up front to ask the cashier if there was someone to help me. So she follows me back to verify, yep, not on the shelf. So then I wait while she goes to find someone else, who comes over and scans the shelf and verifies that they do have some in stock, must be in the back. He asks her to go get jt. So I wait where they left me. And I wait. And I wait. I waited about 15-20 minutes before I go back up to the counter where the cashier is now cashiering and I wait in line to talk to her. Then she says something to the effect of "oh, didn't he tell you?" She thens walks over to the mgr/owner, waits a moment to speak to h, then he looks over at me and says loudly "did you tell her we couldn't find it?" Are you kidding me?! Very poor customer service and they restock their shelves. Will never go there again.

Self service checkout took 10 mins of waiting for a cashier to come help. Other people who came after me were checking out faster.

I always loved CVS!! Bol was completely professional and kind. He helped me out when I had a question about couponing and he was so supportive. I also got my booster shot today and I forgot the pharmacists name and she was sooo quick and attentive. She was very beautiful with purple hair. Thank you so much everybody for the courtesy and great customer service!!
