Use another pharmacy. This place is terrible. 6 + hours to fill a small prescription. The drop off area doesn’t exist. The pharmacy workers ignore you in person and never answer the phone. There’s no intuitive system for customers because they simply do not care. Management should study chick fil A operations or do basic training or simply close the doors. Embarrassment to the neighborhood and unacceptable to the customers who are in need of their medications. Note to the employees, if you are that unhappy, change things.

The pharmacy is a disaster. It's run by inept people with zero customer service skills. I have one prescription that I have to order at least 10 days in advance, and call them every day to confirm, because they either kick it out of their system or they don't order it on time. Today they lost my son's prescription for an antibiotic. I'm not sure how CVS corp hasn't done anything about this location.

Too bad we can't put zero stars. Horrible customer service and pharmacists/pharmacy techs. It's too bad as it's the closest pharmacy to our house. We will be going elsewhere. If you're in the market for a pharmacy I would suggest you do the same. If you can put up with rude employees, constant waiting, prescriptions not ready, and feeling like you're not valued then stay the course. However, I'll be finding a pharmacist in my community that cares about people.

The worst CVS pharmacy. Either they run understaffed chronically or are completely incompetent. Prescriptions are rarely filled, if ever, on a timely basis. This is especially frustrating after waiting 8+ hours all day for an antibiotic after being diagnosed with strep. Totally unacceptable and underserving the community in need.

Do you enjoy waiting in line for 45 minutes or longer, and only to conduct business that should be easily handled over the telephone, but nobody here knows how or is willing to answer the phone? If so… it’s definitely for you. Enough said.

They need COMPETENT and LITERATE people, working the prescription counter/window. I CONSTANTLY have to REPEAT my name, the prescription that I am there to pick up, etc. Just today I sat in line for THIRTY MINUTES, only to be told that the drug that was SUPPOSED to be ready, was NOT AVAILABLE...WTF? Why E-Mail, text and call me otherwise? DUMB!!!

Very disorganized and didn’t fulfill my prescription order correctly. I called to get my meds transferred to this location and the person on the phone told me they would have it ready by a certain time. However, when I arrived at said time, they said they don’t have anything on file. After I questioned them, their excuse was that they forgot to call for the transfer because they were busy.It took me three hours past the promised time to get the meds, which are also incorrect. They made a mistake while transferring and gave me a similar but not the same medication. I noticed this and had to get it refilled elsewhere. It was a very stressful situation.

The worst cvs I've ever been to. The pharmacy is always understaffed and take forever. They lose prescriptions, don't answer the phone, and mess up insurance claims. They are extremely slow and it always takes at least 45 mins to pick up meds. They messed up transferring my medication and don't answer if you call. It took three visits to try and get them to correct an insurance issue and they wouldn't answer the phone at all for my insurance company when they tried to reach out.I'd do anything to avoid this CVS again it's a nightmare. And the drive thru is closed most of the time as well.

Do not expect your prescription filled in any timely manner... Dropped off at 9, told it would take an hr, returned at 12 and had to wait 20+ min...

Highly disorganized. It took me almost an hour to have someone look into and ultimately process my prescription that should have been ready at least 3hrs prior to my arrival. They kept telling me to give them a minute; while I waited, the manager proceeded to assist at least 8 people who came after me with their prescription issues.

This is the nearest CVS to our home and we have been filling prescriptions and getting vaccinations in this location. They are always slow. Picking up a prescription takes a 15 minute wait when it is a refill and up to a day if it's a called in prescription. I had a 9 am appt for an immunization, arrived 5 min early, and checked in. (There was no other customers in the pharmacy.) It is now 9:30 and I am still waiting. Pharmacist called me at 9:31. She was pleasant, seemed skilled. The problem is customer service. Still only one star.

Awful. Did not pick up message from Dr office with authorization, and made me have Dr call again. This pit me at end of supply. Had to go in twice because they won't pick up phone, on second time they tell me that now they can fill script but they don't have supply. I have to drive 20 minutes to store with stock to then be told they can't fill it because norcross has it in system for processing blocking them from being able to fill. I ask them to call and they say they won't pick up their calls specifically. I have to go back 20 minutes speak in person. They make the post office level of service look like a Michelin starred restaurant. A letter is going to corporate, but it seems they must not care based on the number of similar reviews and experiences. Just shut down the store. It would be better for the brand
