I love this CVS. The fact that I can get things up until midnight post-pandemic without having to go to a gas station is amazing! I have surely missed the days when a lot of stores, including Walmart, were 24-hour establishments. This store usually has good sales when I come in and is never busy and always well stocked. I have also ordered through Uber Eats several times from here when I needed things I couldn't pick up myself - no issues. I don't usually see a lot of staff when I come in but have never had a problem with self- checkout. It's a good location if you need something late, especially and are in the area.

One of the worst customer service experiences I have had in a long time... unfriendly service from both employees I sort of interacted with. They wouldn't sell me the qty of VISA gift cards I needed and were unapologetic about it. I will not be going back!

Good service and nice staff. Drive through is usually faster than in-store service. Sometimes you may have long wait.

The pharmacy here is messed up. My step son went to the dr to get a prescription and I took it to this cvs. The guy at the counter told me that I would need a prior authorization from the dr office from the insurance to get this prescription filled ( and they didn't have the medicine there, they had to order it)that wasn't the issue. The issue here is as I was about to go back to the dr office to let them know about what I was told I would need, the same guy called me back to the counter and said that I could get my step son a 20 supply of his meds without the prior authorization, and I asked him twice if he was sure I wouldn't need prior authorization and he told me that I would not need prior authorization to get the 20 day supply. So I said ok, gave him the prescription back so he could put it in to be filled, since they had to order it due to them not having it at that time. This was on the 17th. My fiancé calls them yesterday to find out the status of the prescription and was told that we needed a prior authorization from the dr/insurance company, after he got off the phone with them, I called back and spoke to someone. I don't remember the woman's name, but she was rude. I usually don't let people get under my skin, but she managed yesterday. I told her what was said to me the day I dropped off the prescription and she was like I don't know if he said that, and that's not how we do things here. After a little back and forth and telling her that it's frustrating when my step son needs his medicine, and I was told no prior authorization would be needed for a 20 day supply and that was told to me by an employee in the pharmacy, that they couldn't do anything to help me because it's an insurance thing, ok but your employee told me differently. So long story short, we are trying to get this prior authorization taken care so we can get the meds, luckily we still had a few pills left on the last refill he had. Train your employees on the protocols so there is not this same issue in the future. What if it had been medicine someone really needed to have and left their prescription there lead to believe one thing, to just be told something completely different when the person calls to find out the status of their prescription......frustrating

This location doesn't accept manufacturers coupons. I downloaded a Zicam coupon in front of the cashier and he wouldn't accept it. I left and went directly to Publix, they had no problem accepting the coupon.

The one star is because it's kinda close to my job but that is useless if your customer service sucks. I recently started taking my prescription there because it is close to my job and I have had prescription at CVS before. Any who this place sucks the pharmacist has customer service skills and not pleasant. I am talking about the younger pharmacist. When I took my prescription there they never asked if I had questions or try to explain to me the process. One time I went there was one of the girls from the front , back there chatting away slowing down the process and wasting time. They were always out of my prescription so they say. They kept me in the dark, never once asked me if I would like to make that my main pharmacy, so I won't have to be driving around trying to fill my prescription. The pharmacist made me feel uncomfortable every time I went there, kept me in the dark did not explain to me the process or any process. So now I am at Walgreens, the first day I went in they asked if I would like to make that my pharmacy, I was so relived, they explained to me the process, and the service was excellent, to this date. No more CVS for me!

I had the worse service EVER!!! This store never has the shelves stocked properly. No one is properly trained. I went there tonight to purchase Airborne, and lip balm. The clerk was not able to pull up my CVS information and didn't inform me so I paid full price for the Airborne($16 each and I purchased two containers). I was unable to purchase the lip balm. The price was buy 1 get 1 50% off. She rang both for full price. I requested she remove the lip balm since she would not honor the shelf price listed. I paid for the Airborne $34 and change total. Then the receipt machine ran out of paper. She tried to send me away. I explained I needed a receipt. She then inserts the paper backwards. The machine "prints" blank. Another associate emerges and tells me sorry we can't give you a receipt. I explain I need the receipt again. She tries to refund it only this time she demands my ID. When she rings it up the Airborn registers $12 and change each bottle. I explained I paid $16+ for each item. She tells me she doesn't know what to do and I need to talk with the manager tomorrow morning. I was so upset I walked off. This is the LAST time I will ever return to this sorry CVS.
