I’m currently 34 weeks pregnant and I’m a high risk patient who needed a prescription that I’ve missed for 2 days because I needed to get the prescription transferred over from Walgreens. I call CVS Pharmacy earlier today (September 18, 2023 @ 4:54pm) and spoke to a pharmacist who had a terrible attitude about helping me get my prescription transferred over. She tells me I need to call my insurance to confirm if they cover the prescription. I told her I already did that and I know it’s CVS (hence why I called them). Instead of her just looking me up in their system to see the information for the insurance, she was being lazy, with an attitude, and not doing her job. She proceeds to tell me I need to bring my card insurance info and asks for my name again and the Walgreens contact number. And also asks if I needed the prescription tomorrow. I told her I needed it today because again, I already missed it for 2 days. So she has me give her all of my info because she needed to create an account for me and asks what prescriptions I needed. So I tell her and then ask if she needed my insurance card info. She then proceeds to tell me she found it in the system. So earlier in the call, she was really about to make me hang up, go call my insurance just to see if CVS is my pharmacy and if the prescription is covered when I told her it would be and then she all of a sudden sees it in the system. This is why you as the employee shouldn’t have attitudes with the customer because you were completely wrong here. She tells me my prescription will be ready at 8:30pm. I get to CVS at 9:10 because I just ‘had a feeling’ and I wanted to make sure it was ready. I get there and I find out that my information isn’t in the system and my entire profile is blank -_- The employees who were on staff tonight took all the necessary steps to make sure I got my prescription within 25 minutes before they were closed for the night. CVS Pharmacy gets a 4 star review solely from Tyler (drive-thru attendant), Adeyemi, and Cristina for their profound, caring, attentive, and over-the-top service tonight. I would give them 1 star each but because of their dedication, they get an extra star for the “team” because 1 star has to be unrewarded for that terrible behavior earlier today from the previous staff member. So THANK YOU Tyler, Adeyemi, and Cristina for making my horrible experience turn into an amazing experience as a first time customer who can trust that CVS Pharmacy will take care of my prescription needs. You may have just saved 2 lives tonight, mine and my unborn son. My husband and I are truly grateful for you. Thank you <3

This used to be the best pharmacy around. Now, well just look at the other reviews. I don't see any exaggerations. Trying to speak to the pharmacy is a nightmare, you can be on hold for over an hour with no indication that the call will ever be picked up.Even though it's got a drive thru pharmacy and is right around the corner, I'll now only use this location if I have no other option.Pick up the phone!

This place has two stars and they aren't that good. Stood st the pharmacy counter ten minutes before I was acknowledged I had a vaccine appointment. No one else was waiting. After forty minutes, I bailed. Terrible service, and the store was a mess! Boxes everywhere, aisles blocked, miserable experience.

Worst pharmacy EXPERIENCES you will ever have. Yardanka shouldn't be in a customer service position given her lack of ability to communicate using the English language. Don't expect a quick under 20 minute service. The lack of organization is a massive issue. There's literally no way a pharmacy should be as bad as this one.

CVS pricing is worse than convenience store pricing. I recently purchased Nature's Bounty sublingual liquid for $18.99 because it was Buy One Get the second free. Thought it was a good deal but then saw exactly the same product and size at Amazon for $8.78 with same day delivery.I've consistently noticed CVS ridiculously high pricing on many products. I will never purchase products at CVS again, nor will I recommend to anyone. It's time to find another pharmacy. It will be worth the extra mile.

Worst pharmacy ever. The pharmacist yelled at me saying by asking her questions it was causing delays. I simply wanted to know when my prescription would be ready after coming back twice. Will not come back. I took my prescription to Publix and was in and out with no disrespect in 14 minutes.

Awful service. No one picks up the phone. If 0 stars were available I would give it.

Terrible…. I was on hold for 24 mins then she said my prescription that was called in at 10am isn’t done because they’re finishing prescriptions from the previous day when I showed up at 320pm to pick up! Definitely unacceptable!!!! Never going back there

Get your prescriptions somewhere else. After a bunch of hassle and getting our prescription moved there because it wasn’t at the other CVS the guy wouldn’t fill it. While I know they closed at 8 and it was 7:35 we had been working with them for over an hour so this was just disappointing. We will have to get our prescription there but I definitely wouldn’t recommend.

You lost me as a customer. I have visited this store two times during the month and have had to wait more than 15 minutes in line to pick-up my prescription. During my visit yesterday, I had placed my order in advance and was informed the order would be ready at 7:00 pm. I arrived at 7:50, waited in line 15 minutes, and was informed the prescription was not yet ready. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes.

Decided to write a review after a mildly irritating visit to the drive-thru CVS pharmacy on Peachtree Parkway. The bag of medicine I was picking up was too big to fit through the service window. They refused to take it out of the paper bag and just hand me two smaller packages through the window. Told me I had to come inside and wait in line... again. After I already waited in line to get to the window. I'm sure there's some asinine bureaucratic rule about un-stapling a package of medicine, but at some point common sense has to prevail. And even if there is a rule, maybe just avoid shoving so much stuff into a single bag that it won't fit through the service window? I'm pretty sure the people working in there are highly educated and able to figure out this puzzle. So, I'm giving the crew a big fat D- in customer service and puzzle solving.

I recently went to CVS to buy a couple of items. The young lady in the store assisted me with the order. I was trying to use my December Beauty coupon. We had no luck finding any of the items and I guess there was not an option to substitute something similar since it was not offered. While she was checking me out, we had gotten to right before I pay and the register went down. She suggested I use the self check out, which I hate, but advised I would try. Asked if my coupons we had used would still be available and she stated they would be since other transaction was not completed. Well that didn't seem to be the case. I finally scanned all my items and then the self checkout, did not seem to read my coupons. I was so fed up I just left. I had been in the store 40 minutes and nothing was accomplished. This January 5th. The next day I had to drop off a prescription. I decided to wait and browse the store. So, after about 30 to 40 minutes I went back to the pharmacy. My prescription was ready and I had items to check out and pay my for my prescription. So, I had them scan my card and only one coupon showed up. I showed them my phone which showed I had at least 5 coupons that had been sent to the card. So, they told me I had to go to the front of the store for assistance with paying for the other items and for help with coupons not taking. I go to the front of the store and a young man assisted me ringing up my purchases. Again, there was an issue with the coupons. So, the young lady that helped me the day before came over. She then proceeded to tell me they had been used. I reminded her of our interaction of the day before and I had not used them, due to the technical issues. I showed her they still were listed in my app as being available. Instead of being proactive and reaching out to customer care, I was told I would have to call. I purchased a few of the items and left. The customer service at this location is not what it used to be. I will not be buying anything else outside of prescriptions at CVS.

If you have the option to use a different pharmacy you should. This store is either grossly understaffed or horribly incompetent. They are slow, undependable, and dispassionate about your situation.
