This is my 3rd time to Cricket on Jimmy Carter blvd. I purchased a new phone it was time for a replacement. Each time i go there Alba and Alexa are very warm and welcoming. Thank young ladies once again for GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

Went there today to put my iPhone on cricket and the ladies there were very nice, honest and helpful. Will definitely come back here if I need to go to a cricket store

There is a fat, bald, Hispanic manager here who seems to have an attitude with a mix of smart spazaz to his tone. And the female manager judges you by the way you look and thinks Abt the way to talk to you and disrespect you at the same time. Horrible store

They never answer I was calling for over an hour and the weren't answering . Until I went to the store they were just sitting gossiping?with no customers what's so ever.

Sold me service, hooked up the phone, phone didn't work, went back they said my s20 ultra would not work because this 5g phone doesn't recognize their, Crickets, network since Cricket took their 3g towers down. TCC-Verizon, next door, gladly hookup Verizon's service, no problem.Cricket refused to refund me my money back, saying they don't give refunds only credit. However, since I'm not a Cricket customer anymore, I can't have the credit because there isn't anything to credit.

Really bad customer service the way they treat there customers from MANY YEARS with them ! horrible the girl there that has colored hair is absolutely the worst and rudest unprofessional person ever if they don’t like there job why work there !!!

Took my friend to get a new phone. She paid an Xtra $25 to transfer her info to the new phone. All they did was a few contacts. Not all of em. No photos either. They were on google backup. She said she gave her notice already & she acted like she didn't care. That's why I left them 8 months ago or so. Really cricket ?? U really showed us who u really are & u don't care about good customer service. Thanks again.
