We went down and purchased a car about almost a month ago. Since then we have been unable to get anyone on the phone because cylinder 5 is mis-firing and the power of the torque converter clutch is too high. Those were the codes thrown when we took it to be seen. Also, the drive-out tag has expired and we are unable to get a tag because they have not released the title to our lender. No one is answering the phones; we have been calling and calling!!! I have never experienced this horrid kind of customer service before in my life... absolutely horrible! I brought my son down; he purchased the vehicle. I've called several times with no answer. The estimate to fix the car is thousands of dollars ?.

I purchased a vehicle thru cu carfinders back in Sept 2023. The vehicle was hard to get due to demand, but I want to thank Luis Lugo and Pieter for their help. The vehicle is great. I want to give Luis and Pieter another kudos for helping me get my registration from an out-of-state dealer.

I wish I could leave reviews for two different categories, James deserves 5+ stars, he worked with me endlessly even in weekends for over a month to help me without ever trying to talk me into looking for a truck I didn't want.On the flip side whichever department does the detail work only warrants about 2 stars. They did a great job cleaning under the hood but as far as the interior- there was still dog hair everywhere and three weathertek floor mats they were supposed to be in the truck were missing and nobody would ever respond about why. Those are not cheap and I feel like someone probably kept them to either use for their own truck or to sell them.

Don't trust what they say. I was sold a Ram 2500 that I was told had the the maintenance done on it before I bought it. The first thing I checked was the dipstick. There was NO oil in it! The break pads were chipped to pieces. There was a fuel leak dripping right onto the catalytic converter. The wheel hub assembly has gone out on it! The fuel/water seperator filter had never been changed in 70,000 miles and it had completely rusted to the truck and actually broke the whole housing off when the Ram mechanic tried to remove it. That costs me $1,300 to repair and they said there was nothing they could do. The Ram mechanic actually told me that I need to go ahead and get rid of the truck because I'm going to have nothing but problems. I've had the truck a little over a week and it's been in the shop for 90% of that time. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

the worst business practices and deceptive dealerships in the georgia area. please do not buy from these crooks. i hade to sue them in court for selling me a lemon. they will not pay the damages the court ordered them to pay. i recommend against any dealings with these people.

These folks are top-notch!A few years ago, my car was totaled by a bus full of retired Catholic nuns on their way to a bingo tournament in Atlanta. Total Carnage! It turns out that Sister Mary Esther, the driver, didn't have an active driver's license because of prior incidents with the law. The bus, a school bus, wasn't supposed to be used outside of school activities (oops), and to make matters worse, the bus wasn't even insured. I came to find out later in court that the ladies were on their way to a casino in Alabama.Long story short, after they put the plate in my head, I required months of intensive rehab. That meant I needed to get to and from my physical therapist. Fortunately for me, my girlfriend was on permanent disability from her employment at the bowling alley. She hadn't driven since the orthodontist overtightened her teeth when she was 17. But that didn't stop her. All we needed was a car.Well, my niece works for a credit union. She’s a sweetheart! First in the family to graduate from high school. She went on to beautician school but dropped out because her fingernails fell out from the chemicals. Anyway, she recommended Credit Union Carfinders to help us find a car. She said her customers loved the personal service and were super satisfied with the car that was found for them. She also said her Carfinders customers are always prompt in making their car payments and wear better clothes than most. That was good enough for me!It only took a few days for Dean at Carfinders to find us a car. We didn’t have much money. My girlfriend sold her Cabbage Patch doll collection, and I had some savings from a seasonal job selling Christmas trees. But we were able to meet the price for the car we wanted by tapping into my mother’s funeral fund (I will pay it back). Anyway, I’m a super satisfied customer of Carfinders. Exceptional Service! I doubt I'll need another car since my car is so great. But, if I do, I know who I'm buying from.*Carfinders*

Dean worked with me to find the vehicle I was looking for (Toyota FJ). He kept in communication with me the whole way and got me a great deal including financing. This was my second vehicle purchased with Credit Union Carfinders. Definitely recommend!

Unbelievable!I bought a car from another dealership with a 30 day money back option, wasn't completely pleased with the vehicle or terms, found this place online did research on the car I wanted called to inquire and ask all important questions, completed an credit application was called back and told I was approved, by Tim, I explained him my situation so I needed to make sure I was approved before taking this other car back, he told me the doc I needed to bring and estimate of monthly payments would be, I made an appointment to come in next day, took the car for test drive and there was a noise coming from the back tire, they agreed to put the car in there shop to find out what the noise was, I presumed it was mine since it was visible new tires was on the car, I completed the paperwork signed the contract, provided w a warranty that was satisfactory, of course I returned my other vehicle to dealership and got my money back2 days later Tim calls me to tell me the bank won't approve me for that car , I am so pissed that a company can put a consumer through the entire ordeal under the impression your approved just TO LIE, how is it I have documents saying I'm forced go through the lengths of insuring a vehicle because the dealership lies?? The level of inconvenience this place has caused me they will find out in court.. now I'm left with no car and there's zero way anyone going to force me into a car they believe I should have.. it's either approved or not, not yes and oh I'm sorry we made a mistake.. your credibility is non existent and you will continue to create victims with this business module and be out of business!!

Luis was my representative to help me find my daughter a car. I am in Georgia and my daughter is in college at SDSU. While this should've made the process more difficult, Luis was able to help us choose her car and arrange shipping in just a few days. I could not be happier for Luis to guide me through the process so efficiently. It gave me so much more security knowing my daughter had safe transportation especially when she is all the way across the nation. I definitely will be using Carfinders again and this is my second time using them. Many thanks to Luis for all his help and for his knowledge and efficiency. I highly recommend Luis and Carfinders.

While dealing with Luis Lugo he made my car buying experience seamless. The process was stress free and pleasant. He went above and beyond and was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was able find me a vehicle that suited my needs. I was so happy with my experience that I recommended him to my mother who also had a great experience.
