Creative Community Services is a 501(c)(3) non-profit agency, and our mission is to improve the quality of life for children, teens, and adults with developmental disabilities and mental health needs, and their families, by providing direct services and community-based support throughout the state of Georgia. We have been serving children and adults with developmental disabilities and mental health needs since 1982 by providing home-based support and therapeutic foster care.
