These guys are very professional and neat. Everything, they said, "they would do", they did it on time. They show off with their tools and glass and in no time the finished the installation, cleaned the glass and the jobsite. I ended up with a beautiful glass door and it seemed like nobody was there doing a job.

Very Rude and low customer service. When I walked in, there was a guy sitting in front of a computer that didn't even greet me. I just went ahead and asked how much was the price of two glass tables that I needed? and I had the measurements. Then, I asked if there was any discount or sale that I can have, because it was too much money for just two glass (One was the size for a dinning table, the other one was a small night table that you can carry yourself). The respond of the guy was "That's the price of it", so when I mentioned it twice, he decided to give me a $5.00 discount from $265.00. I decided to go ahead with it, because I didn't feel like shopping around. Then, when charged on my card the taxes came up to $267.00 and I was like "seriously?" More Money?. He didn't respond, so I asked how much is the delivery? and he said it was another $40 so, I decided to pick it up myself.
When being called that the two glasses were ready for pick up, I called back the next day to inform that I will need it delivered, so I was told that I was probably going to have it delivered that same day and I said "okay, please call me to let me know for me to be home" That phone call was on a Wednesday, I still didn't get a phone call back until Saturday. On Saturday I left a voicemail on both phone numbers giving to me to the guy name William, because my calls were not getting thru and until the next following Thursday week I got a voicemail to call back, but I had already cancel the transaction with my credit card company. I figured, it's been a week that I didn't get a respond, but of course probably he realized the transaction was canceled and that's why he was trying to contact me, so I did the same thing. I didn't responded, neither called back. They have to learn how to treat their customers. Just because you see a woman by herself doesn't mean she doesn't know how to take care of herself.
