Mrs. Lee was really sweet and understanding. She immediately went to the root of my visit and made sure I was comfortable. She explained everything to me so I could understand and was even to make feel so much better during the visit! She makes everything hassle free and convenient to the patient!

2.5 stars for a reason! I sent them a letter telling them their services were no longer required, and they dropped ME! Liars and they will scam you for your money! Stay Away!

this is not a good place for health care service because I do not get my drug test and T.B test result on time, very lazy people are working there, they simply said, I called for redo it. By mistake I went there. As per my school, I need the test result latest by February10th. I gave my blood and urine on Saturday, February3, 2023 and today is Friday, February 10th, I do not get my result. so what they do with my blood and urine? this is my first and last visit to this location. Please refund my money back and do not charge the insurance too. If they have to do again, they must inform me on Thursday, February 9th at 8:30 am I was there. The front office lazy said come tomorrow for the report and today said something else. They cannot do that way. This not the way of doing. They played worst role in my study.

Not a good experience, I do not advise anyone to go there, I did a blood test for my six-year-old son because he suffers from hair loss, they told me that they would call me to inform me of the results, we waited 20 days and they did not tell us, we then went to them to ask how are the results to tell us the receptionest , the results are not normal and we must another test for him. The problem is not to do another test, but is it reasonable that they got the results after one day and did not contact us until we went to ask and the big problem is that we did not find a doctor to explain to us what there is

Went in sick as a dog on friday. Was told bloodwork would be ready the next day..next day i was told monday. Called monday, no one cared to.call back. They do not pick up their phones.good luck with these people!

We needed a sports physicals so I booked a time for a Saturday morning and took both of my kids. I just loved this place! Everyone is so professional, and personable. The sports physical cost was reasonable and lower than other Minute Clinic locations. Making an appointment was easy. This will now be my go to Urgent Care when we have the need for one. SO glad I found them!

Today was my first time coming in. Fatima in the front was very helpful answering my questions the nurse and doc Audra Moore made me feel very comfortable and answered all of my questions and more. They got me in very quickly my appointment was at 4 pm and by 4:45 pm I was out little to no waiting time. I do appreciate all of your help Fatima and Doc Audura. I will be back when it’s time for my anual check up!! You guys were amazing I would recommend.. I do not have health insurance and the fees were very reasonable

I’ve never seen a more delightful and professional staff! Each provider I’ve seen has went above and beyond to address and treat any ailments I have. They’ve worked hard to discover any new ailments. They’re always looking for ways to provide better treatment. There really are no words to express my gratitude for them!

Has to be the absolute worse don’t get me wrong doctors are nice but the wait is crazy I made an appointment for me and my daughter at 10a and I am still here at 1144 a and haven’t been seen at all this is crazy
