Just got Jipped/Jacked!! Took two uniform shirts to have sleeves altered. Managers didn't put cost on ticket, when asked about cost, was told $16. Went to pick up then told $16 per shirt. Should have used some ployweb and altered my "JohnBrown" self. Last time for me.

I was in Norcross, Atlanta for an out-of-state wedding. I was visiting from East Shore, MD. I found a local cleaners "Cleaning Care Dry Cleaners" that was close to the Marriott hotel in Norcross, Atlanta. I dropped my suit off on Friday evening to pick it up before 5pm Saturday. It rained and my receipt was destroyed and I could not remember exactly how to get to the cleaners. I literally found it at 5:05pm on Saturday as the owners were walking out. I beg the owners that I had a 7:30 wedding to attend the same day and I am from out of town. The did not hesitate unlocking the doors and taking the alarm off. They were a life saver! I retrieved my suit which looked AMAZING compared to the Zip's Cleaners I use back home. I thanked them and thanked them some more. I told them I would write this review. Thank you guys for being sensitive to my situation. I recommend this business not only for the crisp pressed suit but their understanding.

Very economical when you have a large amount of clothing. Excellent job on suits, starched shirts. Staff is nice and not rude.
Unfortunately, they lost a shirt. It took three weeks and for me to go in and explain for 5 minutes the situation. My husband didn't have a shirt for a trip to Texas.
The shirt was recovered and I didn't have to pay for the cleaning. Unfortunately I cannot trust this location, even though it was VERY convenient.
