I had visited this place about a year ago and I never wrote a review about it until now. So my mom and my sister and I had came to this place to get some blood work checked on my momma. We walked in everything was fine the nurses were nice and wtv. Fast forwarding to when we're in the back in one of the rooms. So the nurse started getting prepped for the blood check right.During her prep she was making small talk with my sister and they were talking about how my sister was studying to become a caregiver and how she was taking classes to learn how to give a person cpr,blood work,etc (keep this in mind) eventually everything is ready and she starts trying to find my moms vein and she's like struggling to find it. She calls in another nurse and they're both trying to find my mothers vein. Eventually they start to get impatient and they stick the needle into my moms arms trying to find the vein somehow .like where was their logic ? They then begin to lift the needle a little while it's still in my moms arm. Like what?? they then take it out and call like 2 more nurses to come help and eventually they had already stuck the needle in my moms arm about 2-3 times . No joke . Then one of the nurses remembered that my sister was "experienced" and asked my sister to try and prick my moms arm to find the vein.Like wtf? VERY unprofessional this place should be shut down. obviously my sister didn't go through with it because her only "experience" was on a dummy. Right there and then I just told my mom and sister to get their stuff and that we' just find somewhere else to go to. shut this place down bro,they are unprofessional asfk.if I could give 0 stars I would.
