Tried to get one of my innercircle free drink redemptions and the guy told me they didn't honor it so I threw away the drink and he told me I wasted money this place is garbage and their card reader doesn't look normal and has a skimming device on it

Don't go here. Wow.. they are not part of corporate so they don't honor any coupons by corporate... And very unfriendly. Don't even try to talk to the workers here

They have cameras installed directly over where you put your card and pin number in, be careful to cover it because your information can definitely be stolen from here… It doesn’t matter if the people that work here do it or hackers can do it be careful, and remember …look up. ⬆️

They do not honor the sip and save program that every other Circle K I go to does offer. And they don't tell you that till after you get your coffee or your drink, which is the way you do it everywhere else. They need to be told they have to put up a large sign that says no sip and save at this location inside the store and outside the store. And the coffee wasn't worth the $2.22. I had to pay for it.

Horrible customer service EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME!!! Do not spend your money here!!! I try to give people the benefit doubt of a bad day...but it has been multiple terrible experiences here!! Never again!!

Horrible experience. Do not spend your hard earned money here. They will try and double charge you. They tried to overcharge us by $10. When we called them out, we asked them to void the transaction and start over. The gentleman in charge tried to be slick and double charge us for items he'd already charged us for AGAIN. The gentleman in charge was rude, obnoxious and most importantly, dishonest. Trying to scam people during times like these is grotesque. No wonder the reviews are so awful. I will NEVER STEP FOOT IN this store again.

Terrible place. I caught the dude double scanning & adding bs additional charges. Just when you think they were done, they had another trick up their sleeve. They advertise nachos & cheese for $2.49, and additionally if they think you take too much cheese. TOTAL SCAMMERS.We will never return

I cant even begin this place is nice and clean but the staff inside makes it bad u can't have a nice place with sour staff they act like its an inconvenience when we ask them for something and then tonight I was charged on food stamps for both a large and a small cup when I only had a medium this place needs to do a clean up of the staff much like many of the other establishments in this area they are way below par level i will no longer go here the staff is rude

I'm very sad to write a negative review about a business to which I have been so loyal. I get my gas here every time. I'll even go out of my way to get gas here because it is usually much cheaper than surrounding stations. I noticed they recently changed their little thing that allows the gas to auto pump from the metal kind to plastic. I've used it there a few times while I cleaned my car out with no issues. Today I, like millions of Americans do all the time, had it auto-pumping and went inside to grab a drink. I then heard another customer run inside and say that the gas had not stop pouring when the tank was full and now gas was all over my car and all over the ground. I purchased my drink and went outside to find my card had been charged $41 instead of the usual $25. I am SO grateful to whomever stopped it and hope they didn't get covered in gas. I went in and calmly asked the manager if he could give me a partial discount and he spoke to me very loudly and rudely and said I should have stayed there and paid attention, I have no proof the problem is the pump and not my car, no one else has had that issue all day, etc. I said "that's ridiculous and I'll never come here again" and he just said again loudly as I walked out "You pay attention!" Obviously my glee of finding a station that was going to save me a few cents a gallon went out the window when I ended up wasting $16 and now have to pay for a car wash. I'm mostly upset by the way I was talked to. Even if the manager couldn't offer me a few dollars back or a gift card for a future pump or even a "that sucks. I'm sorry that happened to you," he could have been nicer.

Never been to a Circle K that said they have a minimum for a debit card purchase. The associate Mike tells me I need to spend $5 to be able to use my debit card. All I was buying was a bag of chips. This is violates the merchant agreement with Visa. Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere and I will not be returning.

My wife and I also had a very unpleasant experience. The cashier was on a call the whole time and it was incredibly rude. As we walked out, I said really loudly "sorry to interrupt your phone call"
