Chris provided an outstanding service for the sale of my out of state investment property. This was not an easy sale because my previous real estate agent thought a major renovation was required for it to be sold at a decent price. After the initial call with Chris, he was able to visit my house and gave us suggestions for repairs/improvements that would help the most for the sale. From there, he helped us with coordinating with contractors to get best quotes for the work and make sure quality work was done. Not only that, he was also available for scheduling appliance delivery and installation. At the time of listing, we were able to get multiple bids for the house and a few of them were above the asking price. During the closing when the appraisal didn’t work out, Chris’s negotiation skill helped me and the buyers meet in the middle where both of us were happy. Thanks so much for all the efforts that made the process of selling a property remotely so smooth and stress free!

Chris went above and beyond for us! Throughout the process of buying a home, Chris provided us with tons of information to get a better understanding of how everything works and finding the best option for my wife and I. One of the things that stood out to me from Chris is that I would send him a home and he would say let's see it today or tomorrow because he understood the market and that we needed to act fast. In fact, the house that we bought went on market on a Sunday and that same day he drove over an hour so we could take a look at it. While shopping around for houses, I got to know Chris more and I now consider him a friend who I can always reach out to. Thank you Chris for your time and help throughout this process!

Oh where do I start! There are not enough words to express how grateful my husband & I have been with Tran as our realtor. He's patience, very understanding and knowledgeable. He didn't push us to make a decision. He supported & encouraged us in each decision we've made regarding each home we saw. We've referred families to him. Other than the happy clients whose smiles show the seamless and smooth services he offers as a realtor, his educational videos are so rich in content, that I can’t save enough screenshots on my phone to use, as his tips on buying, selling, and renting homes are second to none! Even though I wasn’t from Atlanta, he was able to give us sound advice and expertise into how to navigate the buying process, what to look out for, and how to get the most value from our purchase. Chris helped us buy our first home this past summer in this crazy market! I had recently moved down from NY to GA and my husband and I were looking to buy a home before our wedding in September. Chris really helped make that happen!!! He was always flexible and willing to fit as many home tours as we needed (and we saw A LOT of houses). He would come with his research done and give us insight to pros and cons of the homes we viewed. He was always willing to answer questions and guide us, which as first time home buyers was much appreciated. The whole process ended up being a lot smoother and less stressful than I had always anticipated and we can accredit that to Chris! He is also super down to earth and funny!!! Will definitely recommend him to any friends and family looking to buy/sell.

I am very grateful for Chris! He helped us sell our first home and purchase our dream home in a matter of months! He’s very responsive and timely which are important qualities in this aggressive market. He made the process seamless and easy for us which I appreciated as an anxious pregnant woman looking for the perfect home for our growing family. Chris was lifesaver for my family. I switched realtor last minute and Chris came through. He helped me got a great deal in a Brookhaven, GA. Chris is very responsive and didn’t mind showed me more than 20 houses in less than 4 days. Chris is knowledgeable with VA loan and walk me through the process since I am in the military. He did the comp and advise the right price in the area before I put in an offer. If you new to the area and need an honest/responsive realtor than Chris is the right person. He is the best realtor in the Metro Atlanta area!!!! P.S. we bought a second house from him 15 days later.

We had to move across the country & buy a house without ever having seen GA & Chris made the whole experience phenomenal! He is so friendly and easy-going and was always available to answer our endless questions and requests or to check out a potential property at a moment’s notice. I have been working with Chris for over 2 years now. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience working with him. We probably looked at over 100 houses together over the years. Throughout the process, I made adjustments to the location and price several times and Chris was always happy to help. I never felt any pressure to buy or remorse that I was wasting his time. His response time to appointments, phone calls, emails, and test messages was amazing. Chris was able to usually show the majority of the homes I wanted to look at the same day or within 24 hours of my request. If it wasn't for Chris, I probably wouldn't even have gotten the house we ended up purchasing. I contacted Chris with the house and he said if we didn't look at it that day it would probably sell. We ended up looking at it and placing an offer. The next day they got several more offers and ended up choosing mine because it was first in line. Another refreshing characteristic that Chris provided was his honesty. He would give me his honest opinion of the homes instead of just telling me the things I would want to hear so he could get a sale. I have nothing but positive things to say about Chris and I will definitely continue to use him in the future.

Chris and his team were fantastic. We contacted him since he was also listing another unit in the same complex. He was super knowledgeable about the community and the potential buyer pool, and he worked hard to find us the right buyer. I know the pandemic had an impact on everything and made it more challenging, but we appreciated the time and effort put in to sell our condo.

I contacted Chris towards the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic as I was contemplating selling my home. He assured me that he would get me top dollar, even in such a difficult environment. Chris did a great job marketing, and sure enough we had multiple offers above asking price after the second weekend.Chris gave very personalized service that made me feel like I was his only client. He was quick about responding and was a real problem solver throughout the whole process. To top it all off, he even helped me move some stuff out of the house last minute when closing time had snuck up on me! And while Chris probably wouldn't like for me to promote his moving services, it just goes to show that Chris cares about his clients and goes above and beyond. I look forward to working with Chris in the future when I look to buy another home.
