To go prep needs to wake up and do their job to an acceptable level of quality. My kid got a quesadilla and said "it's a blob not a quesadilla" and "I wish I could say bad words right now because I need to use them".We go here all the time, and we've even been multiple times a week sometimes. It's often just fine. But we tend to have trouble with the kids to go quesadilla, that we don't have in person, which just shows they are much less concerned about quality control when you don't see your order right away. This should be a five star place but I'm leaving this one low because they really need to wake up. A kids quesadilla should not have lettuce or quac accidentally mixed in, it should not be burnt, it should not be folded over so the whole thing melts together, if we get beans so just maybe he could try them they should not be accidentally super spicy, and they should not be dumped into the same bin as the rest of the food such that they can spill all over everything else. These are just some of the issues we've been seeing.

I give the employees their due respect at this location. The amount of entitled and irrate customers that come through this location is insane. On several occasions, I have witnessed customers yelling and berating the workers due to their own mistakes. I've never witnessed them returning the anger but explaining options to the customers. It wouldn't be me ?. We have to treat each other better

I have order 2 times here and both times when I picked up my to go order and got home, it was the wrong food.

Several people were ahead of me in line for a take-out order on a Friday night. The serving staff was extremely well organized, and the line moved very quickly. The order was prepared as requested and the bowls were very tasty.Vegetarian options: Meatless protein is available.

I don’t know if this location is under new management, but the customer service has become terrible. Food is not prepared as to ordered, fruit is either old, withered or molded over, and when you ask for something to be changed due to poor condition, a missing item or incorrect, the request is met with eye rolls and attitudes. I hope the management improves their training and work on their staff’s level of customer service.

This is ridiculous. I have placed an order for a sofritas bowl, and I found pieces of steak in it. I’m a vegan and, this really hurts my dietary restrictions and my religious sentiments. The manager didn't really care to respond.The Order #446.

Horrible customer service! I even sent an email to the General Manager - Kendra Villarreal, to not receive a response. It's quite obvious that this location does not value customer service at all.

I ordered a veggie bowl and ended up with meat in my bowl when i arrived we waited for 5 minutes for someone to attend us, all the workers were in the back just staring at us in line. The food was good but service needs improvement.. the location was also extremely dirty( in the picture added you can see the meat in my bowl, i do not eat any meat or chicken and can get sick if i do so, this was very disappointing )

All i get is the chicken and rice bowl with no cilantro everyday and my rice was extremely hard. I called 7 times and no one responded or i’m sitting here fighting to get through the automated lady to bring me to a manager. Very disappointed with this location and the way they deal with customers

We like to come here from time to time. The day we went the restaurant was not well kept, messy tables with staines and left overs on some. The food was good. They just need to keep up the dining area so it is more pleasing to eat the food there.
