My daughter started going here almost two months. I loved Charmaine, she left she took care of my baby. This is my babies first time ever going to daycare, she doesn’t do well there especially since the girl she likes left. It’s a big turn around there I see already. I walked in my daughter was screaming, definitely don’t like that. Just need to be more attentive to the kids as much money as I pay I should never have a problem! I hate that she left, cause I don’t think my daughter has been taken care of since really. Daycare’s are just not what they need to be! I need to tier for my money! I’m searching for another one, or someone who keeps kids and actually like it. The older lady is ok that’s in the mornings, but those other people are a bit iffy..I don’t like it!!!!! They definitely can do a better job at cleaning.. now my baby is having a running nose. I did say something to the teacher about my daughter in that Walker-like thing.. it was filthy.. they need to wash those toys that the babies play with everyday. Vacuum that floor everyday. I’m not saying their all bad.. but it decently could be better for the money!!!

I've been to this daycare 10 years ago and it honestly downgraded. This place is unsanitary. Children are not being well watched, also when you walk into the building it mostly smells like chlorine and other chemicals. Hopefully they clean the restrooms for the kids because it's disgusting. I recommend going to another daycare if you can. That's all I have to say, you can imagine the rest. Have a good day

My kids have been going to the before and after school program here since August 2018 and they love it. I have not had any issues and the staff is always helpful.

I highly recommend this day care!!!!My son keair goes too this daycare and I couldn’t be more happier? it smells good when you walk in everyone is respectful and provide good care for my child!

I will never forget when I called Mrs.Pam at the start of the school year to see if they had any open spots. She was welcoming , heart warming and professional as well as the entire staff. Everyone speaks when leaving and going and are very good at answering any questions for any parent that may be inquiring. My son loves his teachers and even more importantly loves coming to this child care facility.

I highly recommend Childcare Network in Norcross. From my personal experience Ms. Pam has been really supportive and friendly. I am a classroom parent and never have i ever seen any of the teacher mistreat a student. Ms. King is just AMAZING with her students of Pre k . She was my childs teacher in 2014 so is she now with my second child and she will be my daughter's teacher in August!!!. This facility is just amazing.

Just by walking in i automatically had a distaste for this school. I don’t think they had enough control over the after school kids. My daughter would be coming from Cobb county schooling and i feel that they had a lot of control over the kids meaning: the kids were extremely respectful and used their quiet voices. What really got me is when a little girl was crying and instead of them paying attention they were so busy trying to convince me that my child will Be in good hands they didn’t notice her. I was looking for a pre k to transfer my daughter to but unfortunately this one is not on my list.

Do not send your child here!!!!They can not keep the place staffed and in ratio on a regular basis. My 4 y.o was left unattended on the playground and got into the POISON IVY BUSH resting on their fence. Not one single person notified me about the incident. Not one single staff member rendered aide to him and the spores sat on his skin until I picked him up (hours later) his skin now is permanently damaged.Do not risk your child's safety or health.

DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD TO THIS SCHOOL!!! Unless you want to deal with a rude and money hungry "manager" Pam. My child clothes came up missing and no one knew what happen to them or where they went. My daughters favorite blanket got taken while in summer school. If you pay for after school and you're one day late they won't let your child attend her "FREE PRE-K" Class until the payment is made. They went up on the after school payments from $63 to $83, because they say "parents make enough money". It's BEYOND ghetto & I cant wait for my daughter to attend private school next school year. I am certainly looking for another aftercare. I'm tired of giving them money hungry a** people my money now
