I did turned my garage to a bedroom / two rooms few months ago. I didn’t notice no problem for awhile, but with the last few rains I noticed my carpet got wet from “no where”.I had a plumber to check it, but he said it mostly like be a foundation issue.I requested an inspection with CGS and they confirmed that the water was coming inside through the “walls/garage doors” and the best solution would be to install channel drain outside, in front of this rooms since we didn’t have actually a foundation wall in that point where they could install a system from inside.So, I did move forward with them and it really resolve the water intrusion problem, haven’t been noticed no water since it. It was a very good job.

I just finished a project with CGS and I’m in love with their service.They’ve installed an interior waterproofing system in my basement, it was incredibly fast, professional and clean. It’s been over a month since they finished and besides all the rain we had these last days I didn’t have any infiltration inside my basement.I finally can use my basement without worry if after a storm I’ll have my furniture and itens wet and I’ll need to clean/dry the room.I’ve been dealing with this situation for a while, and it got worse as time passed until I decided to go forward with CGS. I’m so glad I’ve put my trust on the right company.

I needed to add a driveway to my house because I only had a gravel driveway. I did had a couple of companies to come and give me a quote , and CGS llc was one of the cheapest and not only that the whole process with them was super easy too they were able to get the job done really fast I didn’t have to wait a lot and everything was super nice. Totally recommend this company because of time frame and just the price.

I need it a new roof at my home. I had so many different companies knocking on my door. A close a friend of mine had used CGS before so I decided to go with them. I can not be more happy with my decision. They had the best pricing and were so friendly! Within a day they were done with my roof. Later on i called then back because i needed new gutters, also one day in and out. Thanks CGS

I used CGS to prevent mold from coming back into my basement and to re-route rain water way from my house. My basement has been dry as a bone ever since and the rain water is not sitting in my yard any longer!Thanks you CGS Waterproofing for fixing my ************ issues!****

****** and CGS was awesome!! I called several months ago to ask about siding. ****** was very quick to respond and held my quote for a few months until we were ready to move forward. Now they are taking care of our community pool area as well!!Great company. I highly recommend them for any size project.

CGS waterproofing is highly recommended, they are very profesional and work on a timely manner. We were selling our home and found out we had water in our crawlspace a few days before closing. They were able to get us in their calendar within days and with a transferable warranty. We closed on time and everything went smooth. I would recommend these guys any day every day!!
