We encountered an issue with the machine and were able to get in contact with the owner within 24 hours via their email. They were accommodating and eager to resolve the issue. The customer service is pretty good considering they operate remotely.
⭐️ Pros to this car wash is it’s the only “touch free” automatic wash in the area which makes it one above the rest. It’s located right beside the self-car wash bays. ⭐️

I went tonight around 10:00pm and selected the $12 gold wash service however nothing seemed to be turning on so I contacted them by email and they responded in under 5 mins!! In which I was refunded and even told I get a free car wash. Very satisfied with their response time and how quickly they resolved the issue.
