The quality and installation was superb. The installation crew was amazing. They had high quality materials and a very fair price. The communication was also very comforting regarding the order status and installation schedule. I would definitely recommend them for any carpet needs and installations.

Behrouz was so patient with me as we went through all of the options for our stair runner. I knew nothing about binding, serging, etc. and he explained all of my choices. The rug came in early and installation was scheduled promptly. The installers were super fast, professional and did an amazing job! We couldn't be happier - and our rug pattern had stripes which made it less straightforward. Highly recommend if you want thoughtful, professional service!

Amazing local shop in Atlanta metro area. The sales rep and business owner were willing to work with my budget and help me find the perfect carpet for my living room. Their rugs are so high quality and beautifully made. They also offer additional services such as rug cleaning and repair, which is nice to know if you have any issues with your rugs. I’d purchase from them again.

Great mix of rugs. They even do seaming (so if you have a big or different shaped space they can make a custom size).

20 years ago, we bought 3 rugs from Caspian Rug. They have lasted well, so we returned to look for another after remodeling a room. Armed with just the size of the rug we needed and a few reference photos, the staff quickly funneled us to the stacks and flipped through each rug, one by one. Each time we halted to take in a color/design, they took note and then pointed us to this perfect rug near the bottom of a huge pile. This textured wool/silk work of art is just devine! Thank you so much for making something that seemed overwhelming a precise execution of an dream! ?

I looked at a gazillion rugs online and no matter how good the pictures or reviews were, it was hard to judge looks or quality without seeing and touching it for myself. More importantly, what I mostly found were rugs that weren’t that “special.” I found what I needed but not what I loved.TA-DA! Caspian Rug Company! The gentlemen at the Norcross showroom are very knowledgeable and helpful. The selection is extraordinary with something for every price range and style. I found exactly what I was looking for—a beautiful rug that looks fantastic in my living room that I absolutely love. If that wasn’t enough—they repaired and cleaned a 40-year-old white rug to give it a brand-new life for another room (and at a very reasonable price).

Visited the showroom on Jimmy Carter at I85. The selection was great and the gentlemen in the show room were very helpful. The salesmen moved bunches of rugs around so I could look at them easily. I had some specific needs due to wool allergies, plus existing rugs in an open floor plan home. They were able to find the perfect rug for me at a fair price. I will definitely be going back for additional rugs. Well done gentlemen!

The staff was friendly and efficient. I highly recommend their products and services. I bought two rugs and one I wanted cut and bound. When they showed me the finished workmanship, it looked perfect.

Amazing repair of damaged Turkish carpet. Caspian repaired a puppy- chewed corner and fringe on the carpets we bought in Turkey. They matched the pattern on the corner too. The result is tremendous. They also cleaned the carpets. They were professional throughout, giving us an estimate from photos and verbal descriptions, sticking to it, doing the repair in the time promised (3 weeks for two carpets), and putting the carpets in plastic for our trip home. Their store was easy to find, right off the interstate or by back roads. The owner even stayed after a bit for our pick up when we were held up on the way to them. We can't thank them enough. Other places wanted to simply cut off the damaged areas of the carpets and make them shorter. Only Caspian knew how to fix them and make them whole again and like new. 10 stars!

Great selection. Great service. Walked in and told the salesperson what size I needed and my color choices. Less than 5 minutes later I found my dream rug and I have been in love with it ever since! Reasonable prices too! Will definitely go back!
