These people don't know what they're doing. I went to their store to try to sell my Rolex and he came out very upset because they did the acid test and they had to scratch my watch to see if it was gold. Who in their right mind scratches a Rolex to see if it's gold? gold is real or not? Thanks to that, my watch suffered damage and lost its value. They are very irresponsible and they don't even know how to apologize. I would like to close this non-functional place and everything they have is garbage, that's why nobody takes valuables to them. Don't go there, I promise, you will regret it.

I went to pick up an item I had on layaway and split the bill between cash and gift card. I had about $3 and some odd change in coins. You could tell she was upset about accepting all the coins I had and said I owed her a few bucks. I grabbed what she said I owe and next thing you know, she handed me my coins back instead of the whole dollar bills. I didn’t have to use them, I just wanted to get rid of them. Coins are spendable too especially if I’m giving you exact change. That definitely didn’t sit well with me and I won’t be back

It was all good till the bugging other employee came and turned down our Xbox over dust sounding in the fan. Could’ve simply blown air in it but rathered wasting my time. Walked in the pawn down the street and got no buts or ifs. Could’ve saved me some time and a headache but her entitled self wanted to turn it into high quality Gaming console reviews ???

Employees are condescending and incompetent. Manager and employees seem as if they don't like their job. Pawn shop is full of negative energy and no compassion.
