The butchers aren't really the most "customer service" friendly people. Some. Not all. Especially the new guy I've seen there lately. I also seen mold on the bread and flys in the pastry case near the cashiers.

This is the carniceria I come to all the time. It is my preferred store eventhough their parking is very limited. Wearing a mask doesn't seem to be mandatory at this location.

Great place to shop. Always friendly and fresh produce and meat. But the only bad thing is the parking lot is too small and gets packed fast.

VERY unprofessional and horrible service. My husband was just there with his co worker . The front staff was just picking and chosing who to service then when i called to see the situation (" susana & esmeralda") had spoken to me and stated that THEIR store is an independently owned store and they had the right to refuse service . I had my husband go back in there and ask to see if that sign - we have the right to refuse service- was posted . They then said NO it was not posted. They denied the supervisors contact/ store info and gave us some Random buisness card . Luckily i was able to google it and call myself. I am currently working in California and for me to hear about this and their terrible service is UNACCEPTABLE.

I love this bodega. The produce is cheap. The meat dept is like an old fashioned butcher. The meats and seafood are always fresh. The staff is muy sympatico..

There was one line open, this girl (another cashier) told us to go to her line (told my mom), while I was picking out paletas to take home. She then went somewhere else and we were waiting for her (not too long) so my mom called her and asked if she would still attend us, everything seemed fine. Until she dropped a tomatoe and she picked it up and cussed quietly but in a way I could hear. I told her to please change the tomatoe to another one so she said but it just felled and I said “it doesn’t matter”, I don’t think no one wants anything from the floor.. so she went with an attitude (I was gonna let it pass) until she came back and threw the things and my mom said “señorita you don’t have to throw our stuff” and she said “I didn’t throw anything” so I asked for her manager and he was behind me in line. I turned around and said she was being rude and she lied about everything and said my mom and I went up to her rude, with cuss words (groserías in her words) and that the line was closed (when she called us to her mine). So I got mad and said “no mi amor no one is yelling at you” me in my calm voice because if it’d be me years ago I’d fight her or yell but I wasn’t which I was surprised (lol) and you’d think the manager would defend the customer cause “the customer is always right” (not in most situations cause I’ve worked in retail) but I was right in this situation what she had said was all lies!!! Which got me feed up! But the manager just looked at her and told her to let it go like if we all planned this and she was right. He didn’t even defend us cause she would say “I don’t care, whatever” so I payed my stuff and left. Before I left I told him “if you wanna keep these type of people, ok”. I’m so disappointed, never gone thru something like this. Won’t be coming to this store anymore for our things. Will be going to a Jalisco or a Talpa. The girl was so pretty but that attitude isn’t going to take her far.

Staff are nice people, and the food well I never had a problem with that part. Only negative part is their parking spots are difficulty to find like towards 5pm but we gotta understand they have more stores around the plaza.
