Was referred to them by a neighbor and was very satisfied. I got an antique diamond necklace appraised. The front desk staff member and manager are very friendly and I plan to return to get another piece of jewelry worked on.

Carnegie has been imy go to jeweler for years for any needs I have. Repairs, batteries, adjustments - Angela is always cheerful and helpful. The work is done within a reasonable timeframe for a fair price.

I had previously written a good review based on watch battery replacement. I am changing my review based on two Michelle watches that were both damaged on separate visits. I had one watch completely “rebuilt” and it came back with a damaged bezel. Due to the watches age, there are no replacement parts available. I paid a lot to have this repair done (which took months to get my watch back). Now a few months later the watch is a total loss. The watch stopped working again, the components on the face of the watch are falling off and the bezel is damaged. I had the battery replaced on the 2nd watch a couple of weeks ago and it had been in the repair bag since. When I took it out to wear it this week, part of the bezel on that watch is missing. When I went in to inquire, the lady who always works the counter basically told me that they didn’t do anything to that part of the watch. She didn’t even attempt to see if they had the missing part. This is not the first time she has been very complacent when I asked for her help. I will NEVER go here again. I feel very cheated on the repair cost and now I have two expensive Michelle watches that are usable. Very disappointed!

One of the diamonds from my engagement ring fell out. I went to Carnegie Jewelers to see if they could help. The lady and the owner were so kind and friendly and the store was very clean. They replaced the diamond with and tightened all the prongs by the next day!!! I am so so thankful and will return to this jeweler. I highly recommend!

Needed a new watch band for an old Rolex and they were very helpful and suggested several different bands and I ended up purchasing one of the bands. Also had a link taken out of another watch band and they completed all of this in 15 minutes. The sales associate was very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable! Overall a great experience.

Oh my, where do I start expressing how much I love Kourosh and his custom work at Carnegie Jewelers! He has created found me a rare orange Safire and fashioned it into an antique setting; created two diamond ring guards I wear daily and cherish; restrung my mom’s antique pearls into keepsakes for my daughters; and kept all my insurance appraisals up to date.
