My wife is an extremely loyal customer and I mentioned that as I was making a purchase. The store manager, unlike the rest of the staff, was totally rude and very unaccomadating. I have shopped other locations and never had anything but a pleasant experience. I will never go back to that location and have advised my wife to do the same. Too bad the Snellville store closed because the staff there were all real gems.

The store was neat and clean. The earrings I purchased were beautiful. The only issue I had was with salesperson Deanna, who was watching me the whole time - “breathing down my neck” which made me feel very uncomfortable. To that end, I felt pressured to make a quick purchase because I did not feel comfortable and as a result I was unable to take my time to shop to see what I really wanted. Moving forward, I will shop online.

Went in tonight for a Valentines gift and met two wonderful ladies that helped me find the right gift. Marjorie and Rene were helpful, funny, and had some great picks for me to choose from. I found the right item and had a great experience shopping on their store. Thank you both and I am sure she will love the item.

Loved the store and the sales associate who helped me. I forgot her name. She is an older African American woman who is very knowledgeable about the products. She has been working for the store for over a few years, maybe five years.

This place is near my house so I often shop for gifts here. Let me tell you, their customer service is phenomenal! Both the ladies are so friendly and helpful. Probably best customer service I've ever had. I always walked out with a smile.
