Since I needed my order to be expedited, I ended up calling them rather than placing the order online which was so refreshing to have a live person to ask questions and go through the order completely. I was met with the most exceptional service from Kelly every step of the way. I'm still just blown away on how much the team at Name Maker made this all happen for us.I initially placed an order for a white ribbon with silver cursive lettering but within hours, I received a call from her saying that production had started the order and had concerns about the legibility of the lettering. Without even asking, Kelly sent me photos of what I had ordered and an alternative lettering in dark gray. It was obvious what I ordered was not the vision I had described to her so I appreciated the extra effort to contact me and work with me so I was happy with the final product.Every step of the way, I was notified via email once my order was placed, completed/shipped and even delivered. In my families time of sorrow, I felt so grateful for the extra guidance and extra hands it took to get a product that I was not only happy with but a product that I know many loved ones can cherish for many years to come.
