Not a good agent, choose someone else. I set up on auto draft for years and randomly one month the payment didn't go through. They did not call me or notify me and let me have a lapse in coverage. They refuse to correct the situation. An insurance agent should help protect you and they do not.

Wonderful establishment! Brenda's office is always prompt and on time with giving payment reminders and in quoting. I love speaking with Mercedes! Never a bad moment, highly recommend!!!!!

I wanted to alert them about my debit card being replaced. If not, my automatic payment would have been declined. After three attempts, I finally got in touch with a lady at the office to give her this new information. I wanted to point this out to the agent, Brenda Montgomery, and I requested a call back from her. She calls me back and was more concerned about, "why did I specifically request to speak with her?!" She went on to say, "I have other agents that could help you. I don't understand!" With her being the agent I figured that she should beone I speak with about any concerns that I have. I felt like I was not important enough to this agency to continue to do business with after that unfortunate phone conversation. Therefore, I moved my vehicles, and soon my home, approximately one mile down the street.
