Unfortunately it was a transmission problem, but the person telling me was very considerate in his delivery (which I appreciated immensely). “Everything is handled online. The options online are limited. I did drive down to the location and got an appointment set up. I went to the appointment and they were able to fix the crack I had on the windshield. It's been a few years since that took place and no issues at all.”
