Such bad quality apartments and for the price is super crazy, charge too much for deposit and make up any excuse to take money away from you!
We lived here because we didn’t have time to find another one and they told us we couldn’t see the apartment because they were remodeling, so we could only see if after signing the lease (RED FLAG) but like I said we didn’t have time to find another one… but we thought maybe it could be a pretty apartment since they were fixing it. But no! There was mold on the walls, the carpet was the same (we didn’t know until we moved and the contract was given to us a day prior after signing it)
PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

The worst thing, I don't recommend it even to my worst enemy, it sucks, and they deceive people before entering them and then they don't repair anything, the cockroaches live with you everywhere, the manager doesn't repair anything and is rude as if you lived on Thanks here...well the worst

I have been dealing with a roach problem for two years.They need to get this under control. I call about every week or every other week to get my apartment sprayed and the roaches continue to come back. It's a shame I have to pay so much to live like this. Please do not move here.

I walked in wanting to know more information about the apartments but i wasn’t even greeted, didn’t feel welcomed. There was a lady at the front desk didn’t greet us, she was on the phone but she didn’t even say “hello i’ll get to you guys as soon as possible”, no nothing was said she didn’t even look at us. There was another lady inside an office i made eye contact with her and she also didn’t greet us nothing. There was a guy there i’m not sure if he worked there or not but he made eye contact with us and literally mean mugged us for no reason. This whole experience was horrible and i wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here.

Terrible service, I don't recommend it, both in the maintenance area and in the office. They are Hispanic, but they are bad people so as not to be rude. I hope one day this complaint will be sent to the owner so he can see what kind of employees he has, bad, very bad.

I've experienced nothing but professionalsim and knowledgeable leasing agents from the beginning! My main leasing agent, Crystal was such a joy to work with. She answered all my questions and concerns in a timely manner and made sure I understood everything every time I came in. Karen was her back up when Crystal was out of office and she was just as wonderful and knowledgeable. She made sure all my requests were met, and even walked with me to my new unit! (I live close to the office). The manager Claribel called me to make sure my maintenance request had been fulfilled after putting in a work order. I've lived in a lot of places and had NEVER experienced that before. Her assistant Melissa never comes in without a smile and offered me drinks and snack while waiting on my paperwork. Jeriel is a new face in the office BUT, a nice person who offered to help anyway he could. He will make a great addition to this all-star staff at this property. It's unfortunate i can't give them more stars on this review. A big THANK YOU to the leasing agents, manager, and assistant manager. I won't be going anywhere for a while. Keep up the incredible/hard work!

If you want to deal with maintenance issues everyday and not get them fixed this is the place for you! The apartments are fair. But the people in the office are SUPER RUDE AND NOTHING GETS FIXED YOU HAVE TO CALL EVERYDAY FOO MONTHS!I'm always struggling to get them to come fix something in the department and I have to call every day all the time! It's quite frustrating and the girls in the office are very quick to help you and are always rude!

If you are thinking to move in at bella apartments please take seriously because this one of the worse apartments complex in norcross area,the staff are totally careless, the manager doesn't care for no one,mold all over the unit,when you report any problem they take it forever. I did report a problem with the windows and it was last yr,14 months ago and still with the same problem, when it rains the water gets into the bedrooms,I had to cover up the windows with plastic.Please don't rent at this complex look elsewhere to rent...

WORST PLACE EVER ! They are horrible with timing and maintenance , they literally only have 1 man working for maintenance, hundreds of apartments … The gas heater was a literal time bomb ! i was told by Georgia Gas Power they wouldn’t reconnect my service until office maintenance came and turned it on themselves because they didn’t want to be held accountable for a possible death, injury or fire . they only care about having the rent on time and anything else isn’t their problem is the general consensus of management . if i could take back wasting a year at these apartments i would ! and if i could give 0 stars i would as well !
