“There was a young lady that needed her car ? jumped off. Due to it just wouldn't start for her. After about a good 30 minutes we both decided to head over to the O'Reilly store which really was walking ?♀️ distance from where she was. As they checked her battery it was known it's no good. I helped her get a new battery and I installed it for her. The staff at the location was eagered to assist her and get her on the way. Once we got back to her car ? and I exchanged the battery her car ? started without a problem. She was happy to get her car ? fixed she then was on her way.... A Good Deed Goes A Long Way”
“I am not a car person but I can handle the basics. Each time I have needed parts (wipers, filters, batteries, fuses, etc.) I want to go to O'Reily's because I get consistantly good service. Today was no exception. I ordered a battery for my Subaru Outback because it was not in stock at the local store and I got a good discount by ordering on line. When it arrived, the box was torn and the battery had been damaged in transit. The positive terminal was bent. I took it to the store and Adrian at the counter checked it out and ordered one for the next day. He told me to come back when he was on duty. I arrived and Adrian took care of the exchange of batteries, took out my old battery (which not holding a charge well), installed the new battery and refunded the core price deposit. He was very polite and helpful. That is the way I have had service with all the personnel at my O'Reilys store. I decided to buy a set of wipers. Adrian helped select them and installed them. I know I can figure how to install these things, but it is nice to have that little service. People like Adrian keep me coming back to O'Reilys on Lawrenceville Hwy.”
“I got the best help from all autopart store in the area, the part that I have doesn't have a specific part number, transmission seal that I tried all crossing part numbers and couldn't figure it out. Finally I see people with knowledge exceeding what I expect , they don't worry too much about just selling as much as they worry about helping. Also about 10 days ago another issue with newer model clutch kit that they order and got it delivered , pricing and service is the best . Thank you Orielly team at tucker store.”

“First i would like to thank Mario and Juan for their great customer service !! I called in the morning for parts for my Mercedes they were very prompt and knowledgeable of all my needs!! I was told my parts would be delivered in the afternoon . When i arrived in the afternoon i was greeted by both Mario and Juan . They treated me as if i were family made me feel very comfortable about my purchase . They gathered all my parts and even helped me carry some of the parts to my vehicle all i can say is those guys carried the whole oreilly’s on their back with service today!! 5 stars for this location and those guys!!”
“As usual, I had a fantastic experience at batteries plus. The folks that work at the Decatur location are always very kind. On this particular day, a gentleman named Isaac assisted me very well in replacing some very old fluorescent bulbs for my garage. I told him I wanted the brightest ones available and he did some research and came out with some that were even better than the ones he had first recommended. I appreciate Isaac taking his time and providing such excellent customer service. My garage has never been this bright. Thanks a million guys!!”
