Yesterday, I had a wonderful shopping experience at this location. The associates were very friendly and made me aware of some unique body sprays for men. I love fragrances of them all. Attached are my personal picks. I must say that I did add this store as onecof "My Favorite" go to. ?

i dont remember the workers name but she was so incredibly sweet she worked on 1/18/24 at 5pm and she was so kind. great costumer service!

I waited in line watching the employee on her phone before she finally looked up and realized I was standing there. Just the best customer service. Another employee lied and said a candle wasn’t on sale when it definitely was and stated on their website it was. She had to give a refund after realizing she was wrong. It’s just a mess here all around.

The workers here are rude for no reason and aren’t of any help. Very condescending towards my mom when she asked a simple question, which both of us didn’t appreciate.

Three cashiers and one customer who does not know what she wants. Yet I have to wait while they chatted and talked. Management for this location please help. The customer service at this location is horrible!!

Even during days of high volumes due to mega sales the ladies at this location are always pleasant and friendly. I go past other stores just to shop at this location

This location is then absolute WORST! Customer service doesn’t even exist here. The sales associate Sharron and manager Rasheeda are extremely rude and discriminate towards customers of color. Sharron accused me of stealing a body lotion worth $15.50! Seriously lady? Why on earth would I steal something and I’m a rewards member with proof of purchase attached with both email and phone number! Clearly the associates wanted to give me a hard time for no reason whatsoever! She even refused to exchange my wall flower that was clearly more than half way filled. They create bogus policies at this location as they go along and it shoes, absolutely no consistency and zero customer appreciation! Will be escalating my experience to higher channels.

Awful ! I wanted to exchanged a body lotion and lady was like thats more than half used like really i never used it . I have exchanged items at different bath and body works and never had issues like this location!!!

I really hate giving businesses a bad review. But it has to be done! I shop at this Bath and Body Works all the time, but now, I will no longer be their customer at this location. Why? You may be wondering... because the store manager (I forgot her name) was not friendly and when my mom and I walked into the store we got no greeters! When I asked about the former store manager at this location to the current store manager, she told me that she hadn't worked at this location for a couple of months. She acted like I was supposed to know that... how the heck was I supposed to know that!? Anyways, the store looked beautiful as always. I tried to get one of the employees' attention because I needed help with something, but she totally ignored me and was chatting with her fellow teammates. Bad, bad customer servicing!! I also had a question, but they were too busy chatting and laughing. WOW! I've never been ignored before and it felt really horrible being ignored. There were 4 people behind the registers and 3 registers were open. It didn't seem like a busy day. There weren't many customers. I wanted to exchange the products that I wasn't satisfied with and I asked about their return policy (because I know that it changes every single time I shop at Bath and Body Works). Okay. So I asked one of the employees working there that the former store manager would make an even exchange for me. The former store manager looked at me and said, "Well, she doesn't work here anymore. She hasn't worked here for a couple months already and our return and exchange policy has changed." She explained to me that I could make an exchange for body cream for body cream but for the other products I would have to get a merchandise credit. I was ok with that. Not satisfied but I just wanted to get rid of those items I had. When I came back to make the exchange, she says, "Since these are more than the products you're going to exchange, you're going to have to pay the difference." My mom and I looked at each other and my mom said to the manager, "You said that we could make an even exchange." One of the employees standing next to the manager said, "I heard her that you have to pay a dollar difference." Mind you that at the beginning when I asked her about the exchange policy, the manager had mentioned that but then said she'd honor the even exchange for me. They were trying to change what has already been said. I was so upset! I argued with the manager and said that that wasn't what she had told my mom and me. She rolled her eyes and mumbled under her breath and said, "I'll honor it for you." If you're going to honor it, then don't make that kind of bad attitude! And then she goes on saying, "We don't accept products that have been half used." I said to her, "It hasn't been half used." She kept trying to argue with me and at this point I was getting more upset by the second! She said, "You have to gently use it." I said to her, "OH! So you want me to use one pump of lotion?" And she said, "No, I meant you could use a few squirts of lotion." What's the point of doing that?! What if it smelled ok the first few times and later it smelled bad and I didn't like it? She wasn't making any sense to me and I was just so upset!Finally, I made the exchange and walked out of the store. Again.. no greeter. I didn't get a "See you, again, next time". Their customer service has gone down! WAY WAY DOWN!!!NEVER COMING HERE TO SHOP EVER AGAIN!!!
