I do not recommend this bank. Very bad service. There is a gringo sitting there at his computer and if you ask him something he doesn't even look at you and he almost doesn't want to answer you. Don't waste your time here. I recommend the bank of America that is on Jimmy Carter5813 Jimmy Carter BlvdNorcross, GA 30071I do not recommend this bank at all. There is this white man sitting at a computer and if you try to ask him something he straight up ignores you!! Customer service sucks here!! I recommend the Bank of America in Jimmy Carter!

The bankteller was very hostile this morning. The young lady that was in front of me asked a simple question and the bank teller responded with raised condescending voice and kept repetitively addressing that her manager can deal with it. And the manger was creeping up behind very weird energy . I just left and went to go to different location. It definitely makes you wonder if they treat customers poorly based on their skin color.

Have 1 business account with BOA had issues cashing my own check.Came to this branch to open another business account because other banks don’t have a business specialist available…Doesn’t allow me to open an ab pint because the EIN was filed by a partner.They are complete idiots.Only reason I’m going here is because of CPA works well with BOAs reporting.Otherwise they are regarded.

It is not possible that the Bank of America in Norcross has its two out of three ATMs damaged, they do not put any notice, and I get out of the car to deposit inside the bank and after waiting in line for 20 minutes the cashier does not receive the deposit because I do not have deposit slip? what is the card for? is that fair? I make the claim and the managers send me to the only cashier with a line of another 20 minutes, terrible customer service

Nice greeting at the entrance ! , but totally different treatment from Alex (bank teller ) , not nice at all, when client / anyone ask about something it is because it is something unknown, a bad attitude is not necessary. Her hypocritical smile and tone of voice leaves a lot to say about the Bank.

I went in there today and there I spoke with two ladies. One was bilingual (Chinese/ English) the other lady was bilingual (Spanish/English) . I walked in, waited in line and the Hispanic lady asked how could she help me. And I said open and account. She asked for 2 forms if I.d. I gave her my drivers license and my birth certificate. The Chinese lady (black outfit with blue eye shadow) comes over & asked how could she help me. The lady told her I wanted to open an account. She handed over my 2 forms of identification, the lady gave them back and said she needed my social. I then asked why ask for 2 forms of I.D instead of saying license/I.d & social? I told her I lost it in a car accident. She made it seem like I was slow and with an attitude said to the Hispanic lady “explain to her she need a social, next person “ . Wells Fargo ( the bank beside them) accepted my work I.d and my license. She lucky I was having a good day because if I wasn’t …I would’ve whipped her A$$!

Clearly 10+ customers in line because Bank of America ATMs not accepting deposits anywhere, and only 1 clerk helping at the front. 2-3 other employees present here not doing anything but pretending to be busy working on something else. Bank of America needs to train their employees to help around where help is needed. It is almost the same for all Bank of America locations.

I waited in line and one of the tellers walked away instead of helping me. Finally get someone to take me to be told I have to go back to the end of line and fill out some forms I’ve never had to do and the guy before me also cashed a check and never had any other forms! A lady approached me and was saying she would deposit it And ended up saying she wouldn’t deposit it. Talked to my lawyer and was informed that she could’ve she just didn’t want to.
