There has been never a day i walked into any location of boa and had a bad experience. But once, but thats not what im here to talk about. As a young adult, whose learning her ways through life, i needed to go to bank for a wire transfer, the way i needed to do it created a chaos in my head. But mr Miguel at the jimmy carter location, made it so easy for me, i was in and out in minutes. He was very kind and polite. He understood exactly what i needed. Thank you for all your help.

Worse bank ever. I have a joint account since the 80s and when I inquiry about a transaction. The lady said it was under my wife only and would need my debit card. Funny since they verify everything including calling back on my cell phone number on file. Stay away from this company! My friend has Chase and said there no issues with them ever!

TERRIBLE. It's Friday 2:30pm -- PAY DAY. They could care less about their blue collar customers. They have ONE teller with a line around the building. It's borderline criminal - at best it's complete mismanagement.

I would leave a zero if I could. Waited 45 minutes for teller. Teller told me to wait in my car while they verified a check. Then told me I must get back in line. At that time there were now over 25 people in line. Would never ever be a customer at Bank of America

Extremely poor customer service! I waited for 45 mins outside in 32 degree weather and it actually started snowing. Once I got to the teller they told me that had to verify my check (A BOA check) since I didn't have an account because I was "High Risk" in 4 years of cashing checks without an account I've never had this happen at ANY other location. They asked me TO WAIT OUTSIDE even though I asked to wait indoors due to the cold outside. Everts was extremely rude and this location is racist against their OWN PEOPLE!!! They are all Hispanic as am I! Buford Hwy is much busier and they don't treat all non account holders as HIGH RISK... Guess just the ones they deem so! They asked me why don't I just go to another location... Because THEY WERE ALL CLOSED! Do something about this Bank Of America because all these reviews can't be wrong!

Waiting time too long. Waited in line outside for about 30 minutes and then had to wait an additional 20mins in the line inside before finally seeing a teller.

Good location . They just need to add another ATM here. The line is always long for one ATM. If they had 2 in a row it would be much better and efficient . They have the space for another one. Sometimes I come and they don’t have cash which brings another reason for a second one.

If possible I would have given a 0 star. Worse customer service I have ever seen. Waited to speak to a rep for 2hours, they told me to keep on waiting for the letter that I was asking. After 2 hours they are like " we are sorry can't process now we are very busy, and its closing time". suggested me to call the customer service." They could have told me to call the customer service in the first place. But they made me wait for 2 hours and then tell me they can't help. YOU GUYS NEED TO HIRE MORE EMPLOYEES IF YOU CAN'T SERVE YOUR CUSTOMERS RIGHT. THE LINE IS ALWAYS HUMONGOUS. WE ALSO HAVE WORK, WE CAN'T SIT ON THE LINE FOR HOURS JUST TO GET SOMETHING.

After looking at these reviews from over a year ago apparently B of A doesn't care about its customers. I also stood in line over 30 min for a deposit. Guess it's time to move to Wells Fargo. Wish I could take stars away but they make you post at least one star, and they don't deserve it.

Should have read the reviews before coming to this branch. Unfortunately, my experience was horrible . The bank manager and tellers are clueless. The idea of offering customer service appears to be a foreign concept by their blank stares and mumbles of, "please go online or call our customer service number ". Really? I'm in a BANK! Standing right in front of you, and you can't help me? Do yourself a favor and bank elsewhere.

So so rude. It feels like I'm back in Miami coming here. I need to make a simple deposit into an account and I was denied service. Find another branch, it's not worth the time.
