I had went to four different AutoZone and none of the guys wanted to change my battery because my “wires look weak” but I went here and the young lady (Latina) changed my battery with her 10 inch nails within 10 min!!! Wow amazing service from her! She’s the best!!

At 1 pm Saturday Dec. 16, an employee refused 4 times to test my car battery. I've been shopping here for 20 years and never had a problem. I don't know if I got a lazy employee, a guy who saw a woman as an easy upsell, or if he was following manager's sales instructions.Here is how our conversation went:"My battery is making corrosion around the positive terminal and I'd like to have it checked, please.""Oh, I don't need to check it. Your battery is leaking and must be replaced. Here's what we have in stock...""Isn't that a moot point, since the battery has not been checked, yet?""No. I already know your battery is bad and you have to buy a new one.""So, why don't I go out and pop the hood while you grab the battery tester and I'll meet you at the vehicle?""I don't have to test the battery. I already know it's bad."A sign is hanging up in the store with a car battery on it and the words "TEST BEFORE YOU REPLACE." I pointed at it."Do you see that sign up there?""I already know your battery is bad. I don't have to test it."Silence.Crickets."Do you still want me to test it?""Well, let's talk about that. We've been conversing for about 90 seconds and in those 90 seconds I've asked you 4 times to test the battery. Do you think I want you to test the battery?"Another employee said, "Dude! Just go check her battery!"The employee who did not want to check the battery slowly trudged over to the battery checker and grudgingly made his way to my vehicle. My advocate employee came with us.Guess what? The battery is good.The advocate employee gave me good follow-up advice.BTW, I always tip someone who performs a free service, but this time I worked too hard to get the guy to do his job. He should have tipped me for my hard work.I don't have his name, but he is a short Hispanic man with short hair.I believe if I were a man, that conversation would never have taken place.

Daniel was one of the best service individuals I have interacted with! I came in later in the day on the Sunday and was in and out within 25 minutes with a brand new battery in my car. He was so patient and knew exactly what to do.

I was there today because my radiator hose popped and Daniel was so knowledgeable and helpful. He checked it for me and tightened it. Great customer service!

Today my friend's battery light came on and she was concerned about some shaking. I followed her to this location to have it checked. The manager Cesar Perez helped us. First he checked her battery, alternator and starter. They were fine but he noticed that the Positive car battery terminal was loose. Explained that we could try to tighten but may need to replace it. The store didn't have the part but he sold us the tools necessary to tighten it. He was an amazing assistance to us. The store should count itself lucky to have him!!!

Had a great experience at this AutoZone location with the help of Daniel & Joseph! Joseph provided great customer service with helping me identify what I needed. Daniel went over the moon with his service and was of so much help. I would’ve been stranded with no working car without their advice. I will be visiting again for my car needs and asking for Daniel!!

They didn't have the part I needed. But the person who assisted me worked hard looking for the part. I always get great service at the one on Jimmy Carter in Norcross. Some of the other. Not as much.
