I have been a customer for several years now... and I sent my daughter to change the oil in her car... a 2021 4cyl Tiguan. 2.0... and they ended up charging 100 dls... regular oil...
They came out saying that because it has a special filter...and that they had to change the drain plug...??? Does this have to be changed every time the change is made? They told him....?

In my experience with them I can say that the staff are friendly and reliable people, if you ask for an oil change that is what they do for you and they do not try to force you to do more services like in other places I have been to that unload the charge on you. battery on purpose or they want to change something "x" in the car just to earn extra.
