Reading the reviews on this lot. They are USED cars. Sammy seems to have real desire to get you the car of Your choice. He's fair, frank and up front with what he knows of the cars. I will be a return customer is all I have to say.

Do not buy cars from here, they will steal your money, 3 months after I bought the car engine light came on, they didn't wanna do anything about it, I have spent over 3k to get this car fix and that engine light is still on!!

Would've given more stars if they would've kept their promise. Bought a car 3 weeks ago and was told that he would get us new tires for the front as they were VERY BALD. 2 weeks went by, no word so my husband spoke to Tim and was told they would be there Monday. Monday we were told they were the last delivery stop for that day. Called and texted Tuesday and was told that he had to speak to the manager to see what was up, never got a reply. Texted early Wednesday morning and again, got no reply. At this point it feels like they just tell you whatever to make the sale and then pretend you don't exist after. Bad business practice. Will not recommend this place to anyone. Will change my review if they come correct on their word.

Buyers Please Beware!!!!! DO NOT Purchase A VEHICLE FROM HERE!!!! We were sold a vehicle that was crap from the jump. Not even 7 days after purchasing the car, it was overheating. I took it back to them and told them what the problem was and was told by Sammy to “just get it fixed then”. After telling him that we hadn’t even had the car a good week he said they’d fix it. They took the car, kept it for 2 days and returned it, claiming they had it fixed. 2 days after having it the same issue that they said they fixed came back AGAIN. This time they kept the vehicle for over 5 days returned it and the vehicle still is not fixed.
Please know that I understand that you will have problems with a used car, however not these type of problems and not when you’ve said you’ve fixed it several times.
I now have to spend money to get an attorney involved as this dealership is completely crooked. Please be aware of the rudeness of Sammy as well, he gets an attitude and will try to make you feel dumb!

Tim started good but when the car I was trying to purchase went from 10400 to 13k and down payment went to 4500
I knew this was not the place to purchase

Buyers beware!!!!! DO NOT Purchase A VEHICLE FROM HERE!!!! Was sold a lemon from the jump 2014 BMW 528i. I have notations from every time I’ve went from recordings and all and has been passed on to my attorney. One quote from Chino “Sammy should’ve never sold this car because it wasn’t ready” !!! Never completely fixed the headlight. 3 weeks after purchase issues happened with the vehicle causing it to go into the shop… low and behold it had sever oil damage and issues with axle which totaled up to over $4,000 and they did not respond or say a word. This has now turned into a legal matter but this is a warning do not fool with this company at all especially Sammy, Chino, Lucy!

Went in to buy a mercedes from this dealership. Everyone was exceptionally respectful and cautious. The sales rep and the finance manager were great. Customer service is an A+. I highly recommend this dealership.
