Horrible company! I am a general contractor. I had used them in the past with no issues. This time I called them and set up my glass installation. It took them 6 weeks to get my glass installed. Now I have a problem with the door a couple months later and after 10 days of back and forth Tiffany says they wont help me. In so many words they told me your problem not ours. Turns out they have such a loose business model that they allowed someone to set up shop inside of their shop. These people Wendy and Caroline along with an installer named Gregori Ines were using Atlanta Glass Systems money and resources to make their own deals while charging me on another credit card account under the same business name. They weren't even aware of my glass purchase until I called for a warranty claim. It would literally take an owner and manager doing nothing on a daily basis to allow thousands of dollars and man hours walk out the door unnoticed. Can you imagine. This owner Anthony and manager Tiffany allowed this to go on under their noses and now they refuse to honor their warranty. The owner is ill and probably wont be open much longer so I wouldn't trust they will be around should you have an issue with your purchase. I won't be using these clowns in the future and recommend you don't either. When an absentee owner allows their business to be run like this you will not get a quality job. I waited 6 weeks while these people snuck around and bought materials and used employees to steal money and now the door is malfunctioning. Where was management? Not doing their job obviously! This is the fault of the business owner and they wont honor the warranty. Piss poor people equals a piss poor business!! Do yourself a favor and run to another supplier.
WOW! JUST LOOKED AT THE OTHER REVIEWS AND THIS MUST BE THE WORST GLASS COMPANY IN THE COUNTRY. BUYERS BEWARE! THEY CANT PERFORM AND SCREW EVERYONE ACCORDING TO OTHER REVIEWS! THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU NEEDS TO TAKE A LOOK AT THIS OPERATION BEFORE THEY SCREW OVER MORE PEOPLE!

whatever you do dont use this company. The whole thing is a scam. they charged me for work then refused to complete it or to give me my money back. They even tried tell me to call a detective. Wow just wow. worst customer service I have ever received. They should be in jail

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHADY COMPANY!I originally put a down payment of $700 for a glass shower door and after 6 long weeks of nothing being done (due to their negligence on incorrect measurements taken), they agreed to pay me back my down payment since I received NO SERVICE FROM THIS GLASS COMPANY. But now, they are refusing to refund me the money back even though they originally said they would. They stole $700 from me without any refund nor product. Don’t fall victim to their untrustworthy business practices like I have.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Work for a national builderand this is the worst glass and glazing company ever. Have had to keep a super on site waiting for this sub to finish their work two months past project turnover.If I could give zero stars I would.

Terrible! Ordered glass window about 2 weeks ago was told it would be done in 4 days. 2 weeks later nothing was done asked for money back and only getting partial money back because they ordered glass from different company. A glass company that has no glass to fix a window. Instead I got my window from US glass in less than 3 hrs.

Customer service stinks BIG TIME. I ordered a piece of glass for a door and when I ordered it I explained several times to the associate that the measurement I had was the opening the glass fit in. The guy said'OK I will take care of it'. I was supposed to have the glass delivered on a Thursday. Well Thursday came and no delivery I called four times and never got an answer to any of my questions. The person I talked to promised to call me back two times and I never got a call. They quit answering the phone 10 minutes before end of business. Not a good way to operate a business at all. I will go to the location tomorrow to get an answer. They don't open until 8 AM so my whole morning is shot because that is the middle of rush hour. I will post again to tell what happens when I appear in person.
