They came out and out the system but when I explained to Scott what I wanted which was to switch everything to be electrical because I didn't want gas anymore he said yes and gave me the price only to find out they didn't do that and I called and he told me it would be an extra $4000 and now I have been calling for a month straight for him to answer me and no damn answer. Scott is a liar and will not pick up my phone calls

Lowe's provided this company to give us a free quote on Sunday and we'd agree on a price for the installation. From the get go, they were adamant on getting the installation process completed the next day. For rushing, they failed to provide the work order with the details for products. I called multiple times that day and the next morning to confirm the unit model because I was able to find another company with a better quote. The coordinator was able to price match it but came to know once they installed the heat pump that the unit we agreed upon was not the same unit but a smaller one. We were first priced at 12400 for the installation which later dropped down to 5500. I knew that there was no way they were able to drop it down that much without having to change something. At the end, they ended up removing the installation and wasting everyones time. The technicians were great and I felt bad for them for having to install the entire thing when this could have been avoided if the sales reps were not so rushed.
