No problems. Tech was very professional. Explained in detail the questions that were asked of him. I normally feel on edge dealing with AC/Heating Companies. But Roderick made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. He's a cool, calm and collect tech. Thank you Roderick.

Mr. Brandon was very thoughtful & very knowledgeable about my google nest that was offline due to a new internet service. He first took the time to listen and accessed the problem and then did an excellent job by solving my technical issues due to the WiFi change. The technician did a good job dealing with an installation issue that was not his fault. He was very polite and helpful. Unfortunately, I was forced to pay more money to correct an installation mistake when I had already paid over 10k! Unbelieveable!

T. Watson was very polite, kind and professional. She answered all the questions I had and did a thorough tune up on my A/C unit. She also recommend changing my air filter, and if i had one she would have installed it. She represented ARS / Rescue Rooter very well. I recommend their services. Thank you T.

This company was recommended to us when we found that our furnace won’t start. We called the company and they sent someone out to look at the unit on 10/22. The guy determined the problem and said they will be ordering the product and will come the next day to fix it. My fiancée decided to take a day off work to be home for these people and no one showed. Around 9pm that night, we get a phone call to confirm service for the following day. We said no, that we cannot take a 3rd day off work for this, and they’d have to come back out the following Monday (10/28) as that is the next off day for both of us. The guy shows up Monday the 28th and states that he was there to look at the unit. Not fix it. We told him the unit has already been looked at and the part was ordered. He comes in to look at the unit anyway and then leaves saying they’ll order the part. Customer service calls later that evening and says that they need to reschedule because “the tech had to leave early.” We said no, he did not leave early. He just looked at the unit and left because he did not have the part. So we scheduled for another tech to come out today 11/4 to actually fix the unit. The window for them to arrive was 8am-12pm. It is now 3:15 and no one has showed up. We have called the company twice for an update and all they said is that they will have to call us back. They never called back.
I write all of this out to say, we will absolutely never be using this company again and after today we will be having a new company come out to look at and fix our unit. Don’t waste your time with this company. They are extremely disorganized and when you ask to speak with a supervisor they state that they do not have one. 0/10 do not recommend.
Edit to add: someone was supposed to show up yesterday 11/5 and no one ever did. Finally got a call back from the company and they said they didn’t even have the part in stock yet so this would have been a 3rd visit from a technician just to look at the unit. What a waste of time.

Never had an issue with my new HVAC unit until they came out for supposed regular maintenance. Now I am getting a second opinion because it has been malfunctioning ever since.
