Better curbside pickup experience is a must.I called for curbside pickup, someone answered but put me on hold for a long time. Why do you want customer to call to speak to someone for a curbside pickup? What if no body answers calls or put on hold forever? Get someone to design an app and have a link for a customer to push the button stating that they are here at parking #, car model, etc... then someone bring it outside. How hard is that? I am not sure if I want to go back. Need some body to run this business professionally.

I came in to have my starter motor tested. Not only was Gerson able to test my starter, but he also found a new one for me at a good price! Helped me out when other auto parts stores couldn’t. 5 stars ?

The only reason why I’m giving one star is because I went there to ask for a code reading. The dude Camilo came outside, and then my husband asked him. Could he clear the code he told my husband no, which wasn’t a problem OK but my husband is deaf in one ear so he didn’t hear clearly so he asked again and he turned around and was like “yo you didn’t hear what I said” I said no! Loud and aggressive, while I had my two young daughters in the backseat. Very unprofessional. If you guys need any help ask everyone but him

Mgr. And I got into it, because, he couldn't come outside to test my battery, bcuz there was only one other employee besides himself working and there were ppl standing in line. Anyway, i went outside to calm down, then i reentered the store. We ended up in a nice conversation and i apologized to him, and he did to me for not being cm able to come outside. I've been going to this location for over 20+ years. I will return, because in the end, his customer service was pleasant enough for me to return.

Very disappointed. Ordered parts, wrong parts came in. Ordered the correct parts, wasn’t notified that it came in and was ultimately sold to another customer. When I showed my receipt the lady was not helpful and assumed I had already been in the day before to pick it up. Regardless, I was still left without my part. She then wanted to argue instead of just refunding my money so I could shop elsewhere.

I came to this location after knocking off a hub cap driving (the very same morning) and not only did this location assist me, but they exceeded my expectations in every sense of the word. Immediately after leaving the dealership and quoted a ridiculous price for a hub cap replacement, I did a quick google search to find this store, called, and arrived 15 minutes later. From moment one, the lady on the phone was kind and told me she had what I needed which lead to Mr. Cabello, who did everything in his power to help me get my hub cap back on. Not only did he listen and resolve my issue, but the gentleman even went the extra mile and literally put them on for me (even though he did not have too as it is not company policy). The day started rough, but thanks to Mr. Cabello’s incredible kindness and teammate, by the afternoon I was singing nothing but joyous songs. Thank you all for going out of your way to help me. Good things come to good people who give for no other reason then it is the right thing to do. When it comes to car parts, I will tell everyone to come here and going forward I’ll be a client for life after my experience. Thanks again!!!

I've been coming to this store since the store opened. The service at this location have always suffered but now it completely sucks. I came in today to buy some spray paint and there were 6 other customers in front of me with only one person behind the front counter. They asked customers that are just checking out to go to the back where another employee can ring us out quickly. The lady in the back rudely told us that she can't help us and for us to go back to the front. As i walked back to the front, the line was now longer than before. It took over 30 minutes before I got checked out. This place really needs to improve on leaning out its processes. Build a better team that can get customers in and out of the store quicker.

Absolutely slowest service .. with employees talking in the back and nobody helping a line of 4 people took 35 min , only one person working all other just chill, I undestand that is probably not their job cashiering but they could act as a team and take care of customers find needed idems . .. Do yourself a favor and avoid this store go further down to Auto zone or O 'rellys . There's no respect for customers' time here. Worse experience with auto parts store so far .

Was helped by the best associate there. Alex help me take my battery out and charge it and reinstall in no time an got the line down from 20 people while training annew guy. Knows what she's doing and knows her parts. Very nice and professional 100 percent coming back here.

There is absolutely no sense of urgency. There can be one customer in line and the cashiers will take 5-10 mins minimum to get them processed. Let alone the fact that there are 5 other closed registers and other employees can be heard taking calls in the back. I understand that this location deals with a lot of the local mechanics in the area and field a lot of calls regarding parts. However the register still matters and the average person doesn’t have time to stand around waiting for one person taking 10 minutes to serve a customer buying one item.

Was bad ,there is no personal to take car costumer, I went there to get scan because check engine light was on and they denied the service ,employee in the store was disrespect full. There's a O'Reilly and auto zone near by which the service is great .

I have purchased 3 headlight lamps on this location and 3 of them went bad within 3-4 weeks. I was suspicious about my van thinking maybe something is wrong electrically but I have decided to buy it from O Reilly this time and it has been 4 months and it is still working. I don't know what is wrong with the products maybe they are selling knock off products.
