After they received my item , it was hard to get any updates and it took almost seven months . They charged me for a custom case and then refused my item and refused to send me the difference for the custom case. I'm shipping mine to the UK , for now on . Never had problems yet.

My action figure was sent to this company in early July 2022, after several emails that spanned a time period into October 2022, I was told it was in queue. I have 17 emails to them and it still hasn't been graded. I received an email today and said it was in queue. 7 months later and no solid answer from them. I will never do business with this place again.

Good customer service communication but not pleased with their website or ambiguous grading services. Submitted an open item on the qualified grading scale, and was refused service as item was not factory new contents. Yes, that's why I submitted it as an open item.Customer service was very good in answering my questions, but the company's position that they do not grade used items, but will grade open items, is a gray area that needs clarification. Had they taken the time to be more clear on their website, or just state "we do not grade open items" I would not have bothered to submit. Instead I'm out grading fees for no services rendered.If you have a new item, I'm certain they are great. If you have a used item, they are happy to take grading fees, and explain after the fact that they will not grade it.Lesson learned.

I have no clue where these good reviews are coming from!!My husband and I sent action figures to be graded on June 2021, as we have done many times before, however, calling their service subpar would be a huge understatement!!The estimated time they provided us with was 3-4 months, which is a lot, but acceptable. 13+ months later and nothing!!They take days to answer an email just to say that our AF are in the queue. What type of queue is this???? And if you try to call them, good luck with that!!Never again!!

Strict grading, but fair. Not perfect, but the best, most trusted business in grading collectibles. The wait times are long, but that is to be expected in the times we are in. I fully recommend them and would only use CGA for grading anything collectible.

Terrible customer service. Their phone system sounds horrendous and decided to cancel an order on me. Takes days to get a reply via email. Go get your items graded elsewhere. Update Edit: So after waiting a little longer than anticipated to receive my goods back, they packed it EXTREMELY poorly and with negligence. They found the smallest box they could to cram everything in, and in turn damaged 2 of the items. I have sent multiple emails and called over a dozen times with no response. I unfortunately didn't take a photo or video until after unpacking everything. I'm sure they will spin this in their favor.

Great company, Very professional. Used them to grade over 15 of my Star Wars action figures. Shipping takes a while but they let you know that. Either way, very reputable and would recommend.

Do not use CGA to grade your collectibles. They are thieves. They have erased all evidence of my submission from their site and have stolen over $1000 in collectibles from me. They refuse to respond to my email. I will be going to the authorities to have the owner arrested.

Can’t say enough about the quality of the custom cases I ordered. Highly recommend and for sure would buy from again. It takes a bit for a custom , but well worth the wait and for sure worth it in cost.
