I live in Gwinnett County and came across ACityDiscount while searching for kitchen equipment for my personal use. I found an item of interest at their website, called and spoke to William Little, and when I looked at their location, I was presently surprised to see how close they were right off of interstate 85 at Jimmy Carter. When I arrived, William actually remembered my call and had the item waiting for me even though he didn’t realize I was coming over. He is a man of culinary knowledge and experience and William was very helpful. Even better, ACityDiscount has used and new restaurant and commercial quality Items, the kind of high-quality items that I like to have for my personal use. If you’re thinking about shopping in this place, you need to think twice because a family own business and there is no customer service behind it
After being their customer for a long time, unfortunately I didn’t learn my lesson till today
They will give you a product from the floor or sometimes this use, and they will charge a full price for it without letting you Know
The product is overpriced and if you change your mind, you better be ready to pay a huge amount of money for restocking 25%
I got charged restocking fee in 2018 for coffee machine that was broken, but I didn’t learn my lesson. I thought it was a mistake …
Then I bought a dishwasher that after I got it there, I realize that it was used, and when I told him about the problem, they charge me even more for a new one and today I bought a freezer that they took from the floor full of scratches and it was the wrong freezer so they were charging me $1900 more to get the right freezer that is $1000 less and I end up paying $500 restocking fee for no reason
I will never go back there again for any type of shopping and I make sure all of my restaurant owner friends and family knows about it
And by the way, if you’re trying to design with them, be ready for a team to charge you a couple of hundred bucks to come over there and take a look at the place and do nothing. It’s a full scam.

We have been Acity Discount customers for over 8 years. Mike, Brian, Adam,Anthony Alex, Krista, Bob are all great at customer service. We keep coming back because they make us feel like family. Sure we had some issues with equipment or orders over the last 8 years, but this team goes above and beyond to make things right. I greatly appreciate that. Sometimes the prices are a little higher then some online websites. But I purchase from them because if there's a problem I know they will get involved to make things right. Thank you for your hard work acity team.
