This is the worst pharmacy ever! And I’ve been on medication my whole life. It’s been a month of me trying to get my new medication shipped to me. Different answers evertime I call and no one ever calls me back. They know they can act this way because there’s no other pharmacy that can fill most of the medication they deal in

This business needs to be investigated for malpractice. Every month we chase down my son's medicine and every month there is some other story from a person that has a lot of "wellll" and "Uhhhh" responses. Every time we get the "You prescription will be delivered on (given day)", only to get to that day and have to call to find out why it isn't here. There is ZERO follow-up on Accredo's side. They are literally just a processor (product in/product out) masquerading as a client service. Do not expect actual help, only call center folks (nice ones I might add) that know only fractionally more about your prescription's status than you do.

I have tried since October 30 to get a prescription filled. Today I returned a phone call from them for the 15th time. I have 15 different answers. I must now ask my prescribing doctor to submit to Accredo for the 6th time, because she did not include a refill. Why wasn’t I told this on the last call? I believe this to be intentional

I would love to give zero stars, and hate I need to go threw this company for this one med i take. I've been cut off on the phone several times. Not easy to deal with, this company doesn't care about clients.

I currently have been waiting over a month for a call back. I was initially told it would take up to 48 hours. I've waited longer than the stated time and followed up by calling them an additional five or six times. Each time the support person, and I'm not blaming them, says they will request a call back and to wait up to 48 hours. Each time I receive no call. The problem is they bill my insurance and credit card correctly for a period of time but then they mess it up again. This has been happening for over three years.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I work for a practice that unfortunately has to utilize Accredo and every service and department within Accredo is outsourced and nobody knows what the other is doing. Absolutely unprofessional and unbelievably painful to have to fight to get patient's prescriptions taken care of in a timely fashion. It does not take 2 weeks for a "benefit verification" when you have already been provided with a prior authorization approval at the time of submission.

The worst pharmacy out there! 4 months of dealing with them, every person had a different reason about everything. Promised phones calls back that never happed. 2 to 3hrs every day dealing with this. Never again.

When I first went on Dupixent, they told me my copay was $38.00 per shipment 2 months later they tell me my copay is $3,000.00 for each shipment. No way I can afford that amount. I told them to stop shipment of next dose. I'm going back to my Dr. for an alternative lower cost plan.

I have mixed feelings, because while I wish this place got me medicine on time and without issues, it’s nice that a place like this exists as it should further radicalize the populace toward single payer healthcare and ridding the US healthcare system of useless middlemen once and for all.

Stay away from this provider! It’s true what others are saying. Accredo specialty Rx is poorly operated and has caused me a lot of distress, I cannot plan my life because they can not come thru with providing the medication I need each week to walk. Be prepared for long delays. Each month you have to start all over again and navigate they’re system of approvals. I have honestly considered giving up on this disease as Accredo has made my symptoms worse.

I am new with this pharmacy and I am already experiencing issues. My first fill it took them 2 months to get my medication out to me. I ended up going to the UPS facility to pick it up. Now I am out of medication and they have yet to send me a refill I requested over a week ago, and again last week. No one had reached out to me. No email, no voicemail, no text, nothing. I called several times and all I receive is the voicemail. I have had issues with a male manager, he has a careless attitude. My doctor has had issues with this pharmacy as well when intervening on my half. I have a serious condition and if I end up in a worse state due to complications with receiving my meds I WILL SUE. We have been documenting, and keeping records of each situation. Including all recorded phone calls. I don’t appreciate the neglect.
