    Very poor customer service! Website said something would be in by 2/11 and it’s still not in weeks later and they won’t give me any date to when it will be in but they’ve already charged me. Zero help or remorse on their screw up and now I’m scrambling to find things last minute.

    Ordered twice now for weddings months in advance and products do not arrive as promised. Left months later being told products are on back order.
