Called at 9:48 this morning. I was not with the vehicle but only 1/2 mile away. Was told he would pick key up in about an hour and pick up my car. I called back TWO hours later and he said if I want I can go to the car and leave the key with the car. I said I would have done that 2 hours ago if I would have known it was going to take this long. At this point he says he’s 45 mins away. I call an hour later to make sure he’s on his way before I risk walking on the shoulder of a highway and he says he’s still 30 mins away. I called another towing service, they were here WITH the car within a hour and did not need the car key to be with the car to retrieve it. Only to take it off the truck. I took today off to handle everything I needed to (I spent less time at the DMV this morning) and I had to postpone and cancel appointments because driver was dishonest about ETA. He was pretty courteous the multiple times I spoke with him throughout the morning and early afternoon, as I was to him. However, this was completely unprofessional and based on this being my first impression of this business, I would not reccomend to others

Representative was absolutely rude did not have no manners did not know how to talk to a customer and stated they do not make bling trips like he did not take me seriously of making a payment I would not suggest this company for anyone as long as they don't know how to treat a customer did not need any customers
