I have used this cleaners for several years. They are always fast, friendly and do an excellent job on everything from laundering dress shirts to specialty fabrics. The alterations are also beautifully done and always ready by the date promised.

Long story short, they lost, stole, or gave my wedding shirt away to another customer. I emailed the owner 72 hours ago as soon as it happened in regards to replacing the item at the very least as it cost more than the overpriced service fee they were charging for my suit alteration and shirt dry cleaning. This was my wedding shirt with huge sentimental value were talking about but didn't seem to care thus far. I trusted them based on google reviews to be professional, and clearly, this is not the place for that. I'm extremely disappointed & hurt by incompetence. This will most likely be my first and last time here. Not worth the risk in my opinion.
