The pork sausage is always seasoned just right, holds its shape during cooking, and it doesn't shrink and melt into grease. We carry both beef and pork to Palmers and we have (for many years) been highly satisfied with the finished product. Cut is great, and the shrink wrapping helps preserve meats longer. We raise our own stock and this is the only meat processing business we use. We drive approximately 40 miles, but we would use Palmers if we had to drive triple that or more.”
