Brothers On The Move came in wrapped up all my furniture with moving blankets and got us move in no time at all. very courteous and polite young men. It was a pleasure to have them move us. we've used them 4 times and each time was great experience.

So disappointed. This company is overpriced for what is provided. They do not hook up washer/dryer or snap the back of a couch into place. There is a three hour minimum even if the job takes an hour. They piled boxes five high, placing boxes on top of those already damaged in the moving process. Boxes that were labeled and belonged in the house were left in the garage. They did not show for a second day of moving, didn't call/text to reschedule or even apologize. The guys were polite but I cannot recommend them.

My mother felt safe and comfortable hiring this team! The value was good and everything was done in a professional manner! Will definitely use them again!

I had used this company for past moves and had no issues. However, this time was different. We talked with the supervisors and had video conferences prior to the move and felt confident. We had a signed quote that we felt was fair . The day of the move they showed up without the extra truck and at 10:30 am. Suppose to start 2 hours before. They worked until around 3 and said they were done for the day. They took our belongings and said they would store them for the night and would be back the next day. They arrived the next day around the same time with an extra Uhaul truck , not the full size that we were quoted.. They got to our new home later that afternoon to unload. I was meticulous about the labels of boxes and they were placed in every wrong room. They broke not 1 but 3 valuable pieces of furniture AND wanted twice what our agreed amount would be. The guys were nice but clearly untrained and the owner is a crook. He took the guys tip money instead of honoring the agreed fee. I would not recommend them to even a kid moving into a dorm . Very sad to put your trust in a company and to have this type of service.

We did not have a positive experience with Brothers on the Move. They showed up more than an hour late, broke at least 2 items, and on the way to storage they took over a 30 minute break on the clock....

Not such a good find after all. I selected them mostly because I needed 2 nights storage on the truck and they could accommodate. I was told a 4th man was needed since over 40 boxes, even though 10-15 boxes were 12"x12". Rate went from $145 to $155 per hour. Day of unload, only 3 guys show, yet I was charged the higher rate for 4 men @6 hours. After movers left, I noticed damage to sofa where it appeared dropped and dragged on truck. Completely black areas on back and side of one sectional. Exposed nail and wood at bottom of sofa and dark wood on leg completely white I sent photos to office to notify them and was met with an unapologetic email reminding me of what I signed and telling me another $200 deposit for deductible would be needed then they would pickup the sofa and take it back just to see IF the could repair. There is a proper way to do business and speak with people after spending over $1200. Yes, they were quickest movers I have ever had, but haste makes waste, so loss is mine. The guys handling sofa were moving so fast and even ran into wall that I need to touch up. Perhaps they are overworked. Raphael appeared to be in charge of cre and did not handle sofa. He was very courteous. Sad to say, I cannot recommend company however.

This year I have used 3 moving companies. Brothers on the Move were by far the best out of all of them. They move TVs and oversized refrigerators, which some moving companies do not. They sent me 6 guys and two trucks at a better price than the other companies.

We used Brothers On The Move today to move into our new house and couldn’t be more satisfied. The team they sent were early and were very efficient! They hustled and got everything done quicker than we expected. They were very personable and professional. Most affordable we found from multiple other quotes. HIGHLY recommend and will definitely use in the future.

Where do I begin... I did not receive a text letting me know they were on their way, as told I would. we repeatedly asked them to put all of our interior items in one truck and outdoor garage, shed items in another, all three trucks were a random mix of all. U-Haul did not have our second truck available as we had reserved it, we asked them to start on the first truck loading our shed and garage, well we went to pick it up from another town, they told us they were starting on the inside. Another blame I was given was someone should've been there the whole time, someone was there the whole time, which was pointless as they did not listen to anything we asked them and we should not have to micromanage six grown men especially when one of them is the owner. Multiple items were damaged. We were charged $40 gas and all they did was drive to our home. They later credited $20 back. I spoke with one of the owners, (passed on to) JB who expressed via text he understands my frustration but nothing is covered because all they did was load, they did not drive the trucks. He told me all the furniture was wrapped, which we can clearly see is not true. He said after the fact, we should've had nine guys because we had three trucks, after loading the second truck he told us we would need a small trailer, we went ahead and got a third truck just to be on the cautious side. When I called and made the appointment I told them our homes square footage, shed and garage would all need loaded, this is the amount of guys they booked. When we got to our location and unloaded the trucks only a 2 Hour Dr. we saw all of the damage and disaster and unused space in the second truck. We were also charged for their lunch break which they did credit back after calling and there is a exorbitant credit card fee $53! Not credited back and apparently in the fine print. Look for FinePrint expect your items damaged and when the guys get tired it's like you have teenagers in your home. They left without even finishing. My husband, Friend and I completed loading our entire home at 2 am!, which fit in the trucks. That was their reason they were done at 6:00 PM! I reached out multiple times trying to work with the company but was only blamed and given lame excuses. We had the entire house ready except for two rooms which we would have completed if they would've started in the right location, we would've had time to do so. I would only recommend this Company if you want your items destroyed, want to pay for an additional truck because they're too lazy to load the second the right way and want to be left stranded on your own to load when they get tired. One of the guys also removed our ceiling light fixture which another guy ended up packing in the truck, our house was sold. I then had to explain to the realtor and buyer and locate days later, after we moved into our place and now I have to ship it back at my own expense! Very sad that a local, family owned business thinks all of this is OK and I'm just supposed to eat the cost and damages because we drove ourselves, it has nothing to do with the way it was packed and loaded. This is just a few of the pictures and damages.

Very pleasant team and responded quickly to my needs. Easy to work with as they knew exactly where the destination was and had no problem getting to it in a timely manner. Arranged a move for a family member with BOTM.Good:-Keisha and CJ were very nice and accommodating in booking our move. Move date got pushed back unexpectedly due to problems with apartment. They rescheduled no problem. -small job, long distance, fair price-2 young men got the job done quickly, no problems with damages or missing items. Did a really good job!-supporting a family business, black owned, is a plus-- do it!Areas for improvement:-scheduled arrival 930-1030a. Arrived at 1230. Not a problem for us but could be for someone on a tight timeframe.-guys did not arrive with masks or want to wear masks when asked to wear them in the house, I asked us all to step outside and they called Keisha saying "this lady wants us to wear masks and it's 90 degrees outside". As a medical professional I explained we're in the peak of COVID pandemic and they will be delivering to my elderly family member. I believe the young man's father (owner) called him. They agreed to wearing a face covering made from my own tshirt I had to cut for them. After this they were respectful and everything went very well. I will chalk this up to youth, not to the business as whole-- one guy was only 17yrs old but he didn't say much. -FYI re: COVID. Keisha stated I could not be refunded the deposit if I refused the job due to them not arriving with masks because they drove out and showed up. So if masks are important to you during this time (should be) and you don't have masks to provide them with, you may want a different company to work with. -Lastly Keisha was unaware of my overhearing her talking to them saying "yea I'm on the phone with her and I hear the lady clacking around in her house lookin for a mask for y'all". I was disappointed with overhearing her speak this way when she seemed so professional otherwise. Overall:Pretty unprofessional first impressions and unnecessary conflict. I was close to canceling it as the young man seemed angry and irritated. The guys were young so it seems they have much to learn about representing a family business. BUT the job was done and they were very respectful to me and my family member after agreeing to wear the face covering. All in all, I'd still consider supporting this company.

I could not be more happy with the level of service and care I received from Brothers On The Move! Our move was scheduled to happen in a day (load & unload) but our move in date got pushed back. The company was so very accommodating and figured out a plan to hold our items until everything could be delivered. Over the next several days/encounters, the guys showed up with smiles are their faces, ready to go! They worked hard and had our house loaded on to two trucks in under 3.5 hours. The days they unloaded went even faster. I don't think they stopped to catch their breath until the job was done each day. These guys are the real deal. Hard workers who take pride in their job. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. If you are looking for a flexible moving company who cares about you and your needs? Give them a call! Super Fast. Responsive. Funny and super nice guys. Totally recommend! Would use again in an instant. Everyone should use Brothers on the move! 10 stars! Really impressed with our service. Nothing damaged, everything placed correctly in the new house. Best moving experience I've had yet.
