I was so thrilled that I was able to get an appointment before starting back to school. My regular hairdresser had a family emergency and was unable to take care of me. I asked for highlights, lowlights, and haircut. The copper lowlights were just what I asked for however the blonde highlights were toned down so much that you can’t tell I had them done. My hair was quit long and it was suggested that I go just above my bra strap with the cut. She went shorter. I also asked that the sides get tapered. It looked like she just chopped straight across about an inch/inch and a half right in the front. I mentioned it and she kept cutting trying to fix if. While sitting in the chair I was thinking that I would have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. After paying $190 + tip another stylist noticed and tried to fix it. After getting home and combing through it as you can see, the side is just all chopped up. I will continue going to Genesis in Carrollton where I can get what I ask for and a decent haircut for half the price. So disappointed!

Chris was absolutely great loved the hair cut an color the attention to detail was spot on she made the experience just wonderful and I want to thank Chris so much because my hair has a degree of difficulty because there’s a lot of it .Thank you so much for all the time an effort you put forward to a great experience for me

I went in there this morning, got my hair cut & highlighted!!!! Very pleased with how my hair turned out. Chris did an amazing job on my hair, it long thick hair to my butt, she spent a lot of time on it!!! Even one in there was so fri & super super great!!! I love that place!!! Go there you won’t regret it!!!!Services: Shampoo & conditioning

I went with my daughter for the first time for a simple blow out to this place. As soon as we entered, the smell of the place hit me. It smelled of mold. Secondly, we were met with lackluster greetings. The lady who washed my daughter's hair got water all over my daughter's sweatshirt. My daughter's back was soaking wet after the hair wash. Once she sat on the chair, the lady who was doing my daughter's hair tried to blow dry with a wet brush. At that point, my daughter asked her if she had a round brush yo blow dry her hair for which the lady replied No till another hair dresser overheard the conversation to bring a round brush to us. My daughter did not feel comfortable with the gaur dresser who was working on her. So, my daughter said that she would not pay for the service if it continued to be subpar. As soon as the hairdresser who brought the round brush heard that, she told my daughter that they would not offer any service to us and asked us to walk out the door with my daughter having wet hair. Poor ambience, poor customer service, and poor empathy make this place a bummer. Will never step into this hair studio ever again.

This place is down right rude. The sign says walk ins welcome. I walked in lady standing there, started messing with her hair and proceeded to the back. Never acknowledged I was standing there. I waited no one spoke to me, I left. The rudest place I have been. I do a lot of traveling across the US and people at least acknowledge you and say I will be right with you. They did not.

I am so pleased with my color and haircut!! Wanda was absolutely fantastic! I am always nervous about trying out new hairdressers, as most of my previous visits to other salons over the years have left me feeling pretty low. Wanda graciously fit me in at short notice [so grateful for that too] She listened to what I wanted, and my concerns. She helped me feel comfortable and relaxed, and made the entire experience fun and enjoyable. It is so nice and relieving to have found a hair salon home! I will be back soon! Thank you Wanda!!
