Was sent to this location after the other close one would not process my money order. I came here it was NO different. Asking me where I get my money from and I thought that was intrusive. Which the GM responded that I can just leave. Sorry this location is no better then the on 5 minutes away. Newnan as a whole is terrible for young black bankers. Had the same results. I had to drive 45min to my Wells Fargo by my house just to get the money order. But they didn’t stop me from buying my wife’s Highlander outright!!!

Tired of drive through always closed.been there 8 different times on different days.always closed.if I haven’t been With this bank for such a long period of time. I would close out my account. Been with them since I was 16 years old when they were first federal through first Atlanta. Through the Wachovia years. I’m 65 now this bank is going to hell

I understand procedure but you need to learn how to communicate with the customers when they ask questions in a certain manner. Very unprofessional!

Went by today around 10:30 AM to open up a bank account the bank wasn’t busy at all just a few clients the teller and I was told that we have to set up an account online that they don’t do it in person . I was disappointed was about to go to another bank but decided to try the Wells Fargo on Newnan crossing and they were great and helped me get an account open in person.

They were kind at first but it turned left quickly. They were rude early in the morning i don’t know wether they woke up on the wrong side of the bed but we did not have a good experience.

Very under staffed. This is the second time I have gone to this branch in the past 30 days and the drive-thru was closed. After having to go inside and wait in line for over 20 minutes the teller questioned my signature for endorsement on my deposit. I have been making this deposit at this branch twice a month for over 10 years now. When I offered to call the vice-president who handles my commercial accounts to verify my identity the teller mocked and taunted me.

Who would believe they would close the drive thru because of staffing issues with 4 employees in the branch. No notice at the drive thru window just the curtain down. Being retired from backing I find this practice unacceptable. With staffing issues I would work a teller station myself. This branch needs help from the top to the bottom. Always bad service

Long lines this Saturday morning, wait times around 45 minutes to an hour. I simply don’t understand why this bank cannot provide better service. Drive thru closed, non-working ATM. A total failure.

I went in with my court ordered documents stating my ex husband was legally not allowed to be on our account anymore, LUZ said even with paper work they couldn’t remove him he would have to come in with me and do it or give us paperwork to come in separately: she pushed for me to open a new account and I didn’t want to as I have pending direct deposit from my job .. while she was typing I called my mom to tell her they wouldn’t remove him and I was once again going to have to waste money and go through my attorney at which point Luz said I was disrespectful to her and refused to give me the paper work because I guess venting my frustration to another human affects her ability to do her jobAlso I’m 8 months pregnant and even asked how me venting to a 3rd party was “disrespectful” to her to which she ignored me and walked away

I experienced great customer service at this location. I highly recommend making an appointment and especially on a Saturday if you need to meet with a banker. I didn't make an appointment last weekend and had to wait over an hour but when I met with Joe Norton, he provided exceptional service. Totally not his fault this location only had 2 bankers on a Saturday which is nuts considering the amount of customers that come here on the weekend. The line to get to a teller was out the door. Joe was efficient and very kind and I noticed while waiting on Joe, the tellers were very nice to every customer that approached the counter.
